We are presently looking to hire an AP Accountant.The AP Accountant will join an existing team and shall take ownership, within the payables department, across all areas of verification and booking of invoices and payment certificates, processing and accounting whilst also managing all vendor/subcontractor reconciliations across a high volume of invoicing activity. The role will have a direct oversight of all data entries along with the management of journal and general ledger maintenance for reporting and accounts finalisation.To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will have up to three years of experience, working within a payable position at a contracting company coupled with exposure to working across an ERP platform along with an integrated accounting software. An attention to detail will be a critical aspect within the search; to ensure that verification and processing points are managed accurately across a large volume and high value payment transactions.The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the capability to liaise and manage vendors internationally, with both strong communication and reporting skills.
