Nice casino. It was packed. Standing room only. I received a player's card and got $25 dollars at the kiosk. Paid $40 for the buffet. It looked good but most things were cold. Who wants to pay $40 for a meal and it is cold. Hospitality was OK. I did not understand most of the machines.and love st that $25 in a flash, playing a 1 cent machine. Not a pleasant experience.

Let's start off with service a place like this should have great service but they fell at that The new owners are definitely not training everybody how they're supposed to treat their customers as well as the rewards program The new owners have a reward system That's pretty bad to say the least. Also I gamble in many places this place has bad vibesThe first time I went and decided to go a second time I should have just stopped at the first time. Would I recommend this place absolutely not till they change their vibes at least better customer service. I would definitely return if they improve customer service. Definitely had a bad experience both times!

We live in Texas. My newlywed husband brought me to Gold Strike for my birthday. I had not been there in about 10 years. It was wonderful!! I would love to know what kind of mattress was on our bed. He has back issues and has much difficulty getting comfortable. We were both very comfortable. I would very much appreciate it if a manager would let me know what kind of mattress that was (23rd floor). My only disappointment was that the breakfast buffet is not available during the weekdays. I have very fond memories of cheese-stuffed crepes with strawberry sauce.

Fun place,great food and entertainment!Chicago Steakhouse is number #1 on my list for steak and impeccable service. It may be a little higher priced, but if you want perfectly cooked food and to be treated like royalty splurge a little and tell Chef Jeremy I sent you! Oh and the buffet is hard to beat if you have a giant appetite!!

This is our half way stopping point for our trips to see family. Casino is clean and a good place to visit. Great games and free play for members. Food. games, rooms, all good. The bad - location is rather secluded and not what it was years ago. Closed and abandoned casinos scattered in the area. Local businesses seem to never have recovered. Still the experience is overall good at the Gold Strike Casino.

We had the buffet. The prime rib was over cooked. The fish was dry as sand. The sweet potato casserole was bland and like all the sugar was drained out of it. The fried rice wasn't good either. Probably the worst buffet I've been to in a very long time. Do not recommend eating here. Go somewhere else.

Had an enjoyable quick overnight stay-room was nice and quiet and well appointed. We had dinner at the Chicago Steakhouse which was perfect 👍🏼 All staff were super friendly and professional. We even took sone time to try our luck ( not so lucky :-( ) in the casino. We grabbed a quick breakfast at Sweet Tea on our way out- no complaints!!

As much as I go to the casino this was the first time I reserved a room. I don't live that far, but I knew I didn't want to drive back home since the roads were kind of bad. This exceeded my expectations I was pleasantly surprised. With this being a casino I thought the rooms would be mediocre, but it wasn't. Money well spent it was very clean bathroom and all. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was nice and neat in my room. I see myself staying again in the near future.

I only went to the casino part on this visit. I got carded immediately lol, so if you don't look your age..get ready for that! It's a pretty building with golden lights. Calm atmosphere...more of an older crowd. They're just there to enjoy themselves and I can get with that. And it doesn't just smell like straight up smoke 😭 Nice!

We stayed next door at the Horseshoe and gambled at both. The Gold Strike was a fantastic resort. Right when you walked in it smelled great. Super clean and really large. Lots of games! The one issue was it was hard to get a drink on Friday and Saturday nights. Not the servers fault at all but still annoying. Will be back for sure!

I visited here over the weekend and it was great!. They had a band playing and a really great atmosphere. The slots were hitting and the card tables were decent as well. A very nice get away.

Great atmosphere, there was a band both nights, w/ a DJ in between sets keeping the crowd jumping. Been awhile since I've put down hard liquor that fast... Yep, over estimated my ability. Not a problem. Had two stunning and kind co*cktail servers take care of me. One All night long, damn near proposed. Not yet, still a great place to unwind.

Called and paid for 2 nights for a room over phone. Once I received my reservation via Email. I realized it was only one night.I called back and she assured me it was for 2 nights. She told me that she would be working when I arrived and she would correct it. I drove the 5 hour trip and once I arrived the host said it couldn't be changed. There was no attempt to follow thru with what the employee had promised me over the phone. They then charged me an extra 50 dollars for the room, and said that was a room deposit and I would get my deposit back once I left. The room was nice and clean. I slept in my bed for a total of 4 hours that night, didn't use shower, didn't turn on television, and barely made a wrinkle in the bed sheets. After looking at my credit card statement I was NOT give all my room deposit back... WHY??.Why would GS employees lie to their customer .. Why would I not get my deposit back?. These are questions I called GS and tried to get answered . I got put on hold twice, and hung up on 3 times..My final thought is BEWARE.... They are not honest with what they tell you. Not the same as it has been in the past years. .

The beds were very comfy, the room could have been a bit cleaner in the bathroom, and the wall had a hole in it where someone must have pushed the door open too hard. The folks at the front desk were very nice, and the casino was fun. Food was decent in the sports bar, but they really need to provide fresh coffee at the buffet and not Folgers in a big tank that was luke warm at best.

My husband and I booked for one night. After we got there we were so happy it wasn't longer. The front desk staff was not welcoming. The room was clean but out vent fan in the bathroom did not work. The air conditioner did not work well. I had to fix our broken towel rack so it would hold out towel. The ice machine didn't work on our floor or on several other floors. None of the soda machines between floor 17 and 32 worked. Several of the floors had water damage and smelled. We went to dinner at Buffet Americana. Half of the buffet was shut down. The selection was not that great and the desserts tasted like they were weeks old. When we tried to go to the same buffet for breakfast the next morning we were advised that they were not opening for brunch. It was impossible to get a drink while we were gambling. We went to the Horseshoe to gamble and loved it. The staff was friendly. Easy to get a drink. We won't stay at the Gold Strike ever again. And we won't recommend it to anyone either.

Horrible beyond horrible this customer service is deplorable!!! From the moment we checked in! We hoped that maybe it would get better but NO!! Nice place but the people that work here know NOTHING about hospitality. Unfortunate but true. If you’re from out of town and looking to have an enjoyable time don’t expect it here! After a 7 hour drive looking forward to all the hype of “Tunica” we are going to now forfeit our second night just to leave this place. The other casinos around are SO MUCH better and friendlier!!! We have been going to the Gold Strike since 1998. It is starting to show it’s age. The beds are uncomfortable and the hotel rooms need updating. Many of the staff are just plain rude now! It’s obvious they don’t care if you are there or not, but they sure do expect a tip for everything they do. The restaurant choices are very slim. For a casino of this size I would expect more food options.

Nicer of the casinos in the area. Hotel room AC not very cold and rooms need updates. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Food quality needs to be better in all restaurants. Very average at best. Nice staff that wanted to help.

The last time we were at this casino was 8 years ago. I know COVID had a substantial impact on the Casino industry in Tunica. A lot of casinos have gone. We have good memories of times past, now, it's not the same.We requested a non-smoking room at check in. When we got to the room, there was a foul stench of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting to say the least.No microwaves in the rooms any longer. .Only one Gold Strike laundry bag,The bottled water tasted terrible.There were no channel guides for the TV.The pool and whirlpool were closed. (That is understandable because of COVID)The level for customer service took a downhill plunge in 8 years for certain.We will NOT be back.

If you order from sweet Tea and you get a electronic puck. Don't leave the restaurant or you w never be notified your meal is ready. No one tells you this.Toilet and shower backed up in one of our rooms and our rooms were charged individually instead of our corporate card.

Me and my husband, went to Gold Strike casino. I just want everyone to know that, this place is the nicest,I have ever been in. I recommend anyone to go there. The staff there is the greatest. I have never been to a place, that they are the most generous people I have ever seen.

My family and I enjoyed The Gold Strike Casino Resort. Had a pleasant experience, although the Bar tender did not get my drink right ,a fuzzy Navel with a shot it southern comfort..I received a Screw driver. Oh Gosh!! Other than this had a fun time..

Room was nicer than I expected and a decent price. I had noisy neighbors that made lots of noise at 345am. That sucked but the view frol the 27th floor was nice. Room was comfy.

Don’t know they tell you that your 50 dollars will be refunded when you check out it’s been nearly 2 weeks and still no refund. All I’m saying is be up front honest with people tell them it takes 2 weeks to finalize the bill and then you get your 50 dollars back. Cause I was literally told that as soon as I check out it will be refunded v back into my account. And it’s still pending and it’s been 2 weeks. When I paid for the room I don’t have the chose the money comes straight out of my account. But you get to wait before you refund me. Not to mention how rude the staff is when I called about it. I don’t figure this will be read or anything done about it. I probably won’t even get my money back. Maybe it will help someone make there decision before staying there.I did send a email 3 days ago and nobody ever responded back. Here is another update now I’m being told it will be 30 days before I get my money back. They tell me to send an email I did and no body replies back to me. This is so ridiculous they won’t me to just forget about it and I’m not. Can someone please help me with this

Horrible service. None of the employees was nice. Got a room and it was filthy like someone else trash was in the trash can, floors couldn’t walk on barefoot in your own room, refrigerator filthy. Switched rooms and it wasn’t much better. I paid over $200 for a room! For my deposit I was told 3-5 business days. Sign says 24hrs… called and now they said 3-14 business day!!!! I don’t recommend this place at all!!!!! I’d leave a no star if I could because they don’t deserve even 1!

I’m probably a little harsh but I wanted to share. It’s been a few years since I’ve been here and it shows. The first room I entered had no working deadbolt so I immediately went down to the front desk and requested a room change. The room was nice enough but the mattress had lots of mileage on it. Uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but there seemed to be spots on the shower tile. Mold maybe? Not sure. Toilet and sink were in good shape. Overall the room was very clean. Needed a new coffee maker and blow dryer both were broken. Not quite Vegas.

We only went for the buffet. The resort was nicer than some of the other casinos in that area. The food on the giant buffet was pretty damn good actually-and I'm not a buffet person.

We had a great time at Gold Strike Casino. Great atmosphere, amazing staff. We did not stay at the hotel but will in the future. The only thing that would have made our trip better would have been a jackpot lol. We will be back.

Yeah.....just not it. The room was fine, just. But as a player passing through, the tables just don't care that you're there. No restaurant on the premises, had to go across the street. Glad I did, because the horseshoe had much better games and instantly took good care of me. Won't be back.

Ist trip to a casino in 15 years and our last. Was celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary, 2 nights stay. Food at any of the restaurants and buffets are just horrible, no quality, ultra cheap and processed food. Way overly priced. Such a shame at such a place. Rooms are so outdated. Beds are very worn out and uncomfortable in the hotel. Standing in a tub of water trying to shower. Drains were stopped up. Couldn't even get room service to bring a couple of champagne glasses to our room for our anniversary. I mean couldn't help us at all . Wow ! Today's gaming is so digital and rigged. What a racket ! Good riddance to any and all casinos. Don't waste your time and save your money. Cause for the most part they're definitely gonna take it in the casino. As for the owners reply forthcoming, I want be contacting anyone just hear what I'm saying . I see reading other reviews, I'm not the only one that thinks yall suck . I should've took time to read some of these reviews before I came to tunica . Especially gold strike. Again,I say this with most assurance we want be back.

The room could have been cleaner. It was dusty like no one had been in it in months. Other than that, Gold Strike has always been a main attraction. Especially during holidays.

Tunica is in a sad state. Needless to say, I don't EVER have to visit Goldstrike or, for that matter, Tunica, MS again. Tunica casinos were booming years ago. It was my favorite spot - like a little Vegas. It had been several years since my last visit and boy has it gone down.Slot machines were pretty loose. No jackpot, but I did fairly well. Best believe, whatever they give you on the slots, they recoup at the tables, the Mississippi Stud tables anyway. That's all I play, and each of the tables I sat at was brutal.

Nice, friendly staff. Table dealers are great at helping you learn new games if your go-to game table is full. Beautiful decor making you feel like you're in a nice atmosphere. I've been to this location a few times & win or lose, I always leave happy from a good time! My only negative is the buffet was changed to a different restaurant & it was absolutely horrible service & the food was not even sub par. I don't mind paying good money for good food but it's a little upsetting to pay good money for bad food plus horrible service. We didn't let it ruin our trip, though. We just ate somewhere else the next meal

My stay was good, because I enjoyed the room, and would have enjoyed the casino, but it was too much cigarette smoke 🚬 for me as a nonsmoker. I had a complimentary flight and hotel over, which was nice until the process of returning home. The hotel escort an airplane fully loaded with people of different age groups to the airport much too early which was very unprofessional and we had no seating area at the airport to sit during this wait. There weren't any airport attendants to check us in, until an hour later. Now of course, at this, we all were feeling like we were treated with no respect, mainly after we have spent our money with Horseshoe Casino.

Appropriately rated as a 2 star hotel. Can tell it was nice at one point in the past. Main issue was cleanliness. Hallway very dirty. Dirt in the bathroom corners. Room wasn’t ready at 4:30 despite booking it several days in advance. Beds were comfortable. Would have had a free room but no available pet-friendly free rooms available.

Me and my husband visited for one night for a "parent's night out". Everyone was super nice upon arrival! We weren't in our room long before realizing our TV didn't work, but we let them know and they moved us to a new room right away! The cleanliness could have been better, but overall nothing huge to gripe about. I had read a lot of reviews beforehand about the slots being tight, etc but that wasn't the case for us. Played a little black jack and our first dealer Donald was AMAZING! He was very patient with me as I was learning and it truly gave you an EXPERIENCE as soon as you sat down. Then, he was replaced with Ray who was EXTREMELY rude as soon as he sat down. We started with a full table with strangers we were having so much fun with, but Ray quickly changed the entire atmosphere and it wasn't long before we all got up. That man has no business working in the hospitality industry. Overall, it was a good experience and we definitely will return!

We didn’t stay here but went to the casino to gamble with my son who just turned 21. 1st time loyalty card users get $10 in rewards play so that was nice. I personally had some good luck at the slots so I have a great opinion of the place hahaha! Good range of machines, table play and high limit areas. My husband played blackjack for a little while and liked it too. Starbucks in there was a nice touch!

Made some great memories here. It's just an awesome place we arrived and left the next day and not empty handed. But that restaurant the one they have that famous cook their do not go I ate and got sick really bad really bad. I had to go get medicine like really bad. Went to the counter to check in and got no "welcome to.horseshoe, what can I do for you"? But instead all she said was "photo I'd please?"And with zero personality, proceeded to check us in. The room was like a mile walk from the elevators which was insane. The halls are dark and dingy. They refused to let me take my own bags and insisted on having a bell hop person do it so I had to wait around for him to come take my bags that I was capable of carrying and it was clear that this was all a ruse to get tips.My room was so dark I could hardly see and that's after turning on all the lights. We had nothing but rooftops to look at out the window... it may have well been not there... useless window when the only thing you see is dirty roofs with ladders and equipment mess everywhere. Being here during the week... there was no where to get food and the snack store downstairs is WAAAY over priced. Way to take advantage of your guests.The room clearly hadn't been dusted in a long time.... it was gross. The bed had hairs on it.The water in the bathroom came out of the sink in a literal trickle.... so crazy. We were supposed to be here 2 nights for my birthday but I only stayed 1 and decided to go somewhere else. I came to gamble and have fun but decided not to give a dime to the casino. The place was gross and the staff was lacking and give a damn. I can't give my money to a place like that.

The room was actually pretty decent and was inexpensive. The casino and hotel reminded me of the Rio in Vegas when Caesars gave up on it. The place was dirty and a lot of things were broken. The floors were dirty, carpet held together by duct tape, urinals covered with a garbage bag, elevator card reader and lights not working, and plenty more issues. It just didn't have a good feel to it, which is a shame. The place could be attractive with just a little effort. We didn't even spend the night. We drove our four hours back home instead. We will likely never return.

I stayed in the horseshoe hotel and was very pleased. Decent nice room for the money. The front desk was super quick with getting anything extra we might've needed.The bartenders at the actual bar are definitely the best. Heavy hands. Perfect drinks.There was one lady at GUYS restaurant that was just above an beyond and I would go back just to have her be my server again.Overall I will definitely be back and I can't wait !

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. However, the hotel rooms did not have a microwave. I was like you mean to tell me that the room has a fridge, 3 TVs, c- shape sofa, nice chair, and more, But no microwave. It's almost like you are being forced to eat the Not So Tasty food. I ended up eating my cold shrimp pasta I brought with me prior to checking in. The customer service was super awesome.

Loved this casino. Everyone were very nice to us. They have truck parking near entrance very convenient and great because there’s an ice storm so we did not walk too far. Poker room is not big but it’s cozy. Dealers were all very nice especially John he was my favorite he gave us awesome hands. Free drinks but tips are welcome. I also played slots won double. Played roulette and lost lol can win everything. Had a burger at the sports grill which was fire. Fries were good too, service was also good. In all great experience. Today we might stay the night and play again. I am going to say the service here is way better than the Golden casino. No harassment here. Winnings in pics are my husbands.

We loved the pictures of the hotel on their site, however when we arrived, it wasn’t like the pictures. The pool was empty and closed. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was a sign in the room saying that if we took anything we would be charged and the prices of each hotel item was listed. It’s been at least 20 years since we stayed at a hotel with no coffee in the room and we don’t steal from the hotels we stay in, and we travel a lot.

Definitely in need of remodeling. Smells old and moldy. Stayed room w/king size bed. Had old wing back chair that was stained and extremely uncomfortable to sit in.Bathroom had built up dust on hairdryer, base boards & exhaust fan. Only plus in room was having a lockable safe, small refrigerator, iron & ironing board. There are fees for extra towels, toilet paper, etc. Housekeeping only if you call.Casino was so smoky that I wore a mask. Slot machines extremely tight, no money won. Had a waitress drop a half empty glass with a mix drink in it that hit the floor right beside me as I set at slot machine that splashed my new white shirt that stained front, back & left sleeve. All she brought me was a wet wad of paper towels to clean with. Definitely will NEVER go back to Tunica.

The rooms need renovating and cleaning. Shower curtain was hanging loosely by one.screw. Wall covering redone in patches and was loose and curling up. Carpet frayed with 3 and 4 in strings. Carpet needs vacuuming throughout hotel. Never saw a vacuum. The toilet and sink did not appear to have been cleaned in some time. And we had to pay for this. Bartenders were zombies. No personality or friendliness....and never at the bar. Room 2145....check it out.

Rooms are definitely outdated. Carpet feels sticky. They either need major renovation or they need to tear the whole place down. I regretted staying here. I won’t be coming back to any Ceasar’s establishments. Overall it was not a good experience. It started with rude front desk. They seem to be bothered to do their job. Security guards and other staff members were much friendlier. Food options are limited and flavorless.

Just the closest Vegas like casino to Memphis. Clean with good interactions with the employees. The line for players card is long but moved fast and the self service machines were out of order. Everything works, hotel rooms are spotless casino is clean. Nice bars. Great fun!

I come here to play poker. This casino has an amazing poker room with great service and dealers. Free drinks while playing and plenty of tables. One of my favorite places to play. I have stayed here and the room are nice. Great view of the river and the land around the casino which is pretty much just land. Where this casino is located there is not much else around besides a few fast food places and gas stations.

The service was impeccable! I really wish the other casinos would allow you to order your drinks at the machine you're playing on. That was definitely a bonus, and the servers were awesome! The bathrooms were so clean.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were told that the pool was open and upon arrival we discovered that it was closed. We were told that it had been closed since Sunday for repairs but since reading over some of the reviews it seems like it has been closed for much longer. We were told that Tunica was the closest thing to Las Vegas. Definitely not. The area had 2 hotels/casinos there and besides that there was almost nothing around at all. Just small gas stations. Food was ridiculously expensive for just being mediocre. We had to get 5 new sets of keys to our room because the keys kept deactivating. Something they don’t tell you when they hand you the keys is that they will deactivate if you hold them near your phone. The whole place reeks of cigarettes and weed. You will be charged for everything if you stay here. I know that I will never be staying here again. The location is horrible. Nothing in our room was properly cleaned and there was mold growing on the walls of the bathroom. All of the staff seemed completely miserable and were very rude. The walls are very thin as well and you can basically hear everything going on in the hallways.

We went to eat at Guy Fieri’s new restaurant and it was amazing! I got the BBQ brown sugar wings and my boyfriend had the chicken sandwich with mac&cheese on top (can’t remember the name) and they were absolutely delicious. The food prices aren’t awful but the drink prices are pretty steep. Overall it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back soon!

Overall I liked the experience. Some of the co*cktail waitresses were rude but some were nice. The dealers seemed to have good attitudes. I liked that they served drinks in a timely fashion and they were in glasses. During the day on Saturday the drinks were good but later on they were all too sour in the evening. We ate at Guy Fieri’s and the place was so nice! Our bartender was the nicest person we met in Tunica. Most of the employees either hate their lives, their jobs or people in general. The food at Guys was flavorless and not even hot-warm at best and fries were not fresh, which shocked me. He needs to get on Google maps so we can review the restaurant and he can make some changes. Not sure what you can do when 90% of the people that live and work in that town are so uncaring and rude. But I liked this casino better than Gold strike and will be back for the experience, regardless of the bad apples

Casino is good except for all the smoking. Should have non smoking rooms or areas to play. The hotel is outdated, the furniture is old and worn, the toilet handle was broke and toilet ran unless you did the jiggle. Overall not impressed. Staffing issues are apparent as well.

I went to the spa for a facial and a hand rejuvenation. Reese was absolutely fantastic! I would come back here just to see her! She's very professional and knowledgeable of all the services offered. Plus, She's so nice and easy to talk to making the entire experience fantastic. Thank you Reese!

Not a bad place although a tad dark. Some staff were great while others seemed bothered if they had to interact with guests. Nothing you can do but gamble and drink as everything is so far away.

This exceeded my expectations! The rooms were nicer than I expected. The lobby, casino, and public areas were nicely done and very clean. All the employees I met were friendly and helpful. The restaurants all looked updated and new. The food at the steak house was the star of the trip!

Visited this past September. Nice place. Fitness center was in a state of disarray. Broken ceiling fans. Lights not working. Pieces of ceiling tile on the floor. There was a floor fan but the motor seized after turning it on. Maybe in the middle of a renovation? Seemed like it had some potential. I'll be back again. Hopefully the gym is in better shape then.

Reading reviews on the way I was getting worried. Haven't been here in about a year, but always stop when traveling through. Don't know where some of you are staying. Hotel is not bad. I've stayed in nicer hotels, and I've stayed in way worse hotels right here in Tunica. Every person who works here that I came into contact with was pleasant, smiled, and asked how I was doing. Very friendly. tipped one dealer just because she made it so fun. Room was clean. Was not dark like some said and had plenty of outlets. I won a little, lost a little, ended up down but had a great time. Will definately be back. Thanks Horseshoe staff!

Staying here the first weekend of May 2024. The pool and Spa are not open this time of year. Sad to see a place that was once beautiful be so run down. It’s very dirty and they seem to be short staffed through out the building, from the restaurants to the casino. This hotel is very outdated. I hope they can make a come back before they are going out of business. It hasn’t been the same since Covid and now the economy. On a positive note, we are still having fun and we slept well.

Rooms are dated. The cabinet felt like it was a shock hazard with hanging wires. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the AC room temperature was cold which I like. The room smelled strongly of weed even though it was supposed to be non-smoking.The casino was actually really good. Luckily didn't cost much money because of comp credits.

Very impressive poker operation. There are games running 24/7 and good action with mostly recreational players. Tournaments are well run and there are some weekly low buy in tournaments.Pretty sure a couple regs mark cards with nail imprints so be careful, someone at my table called it out.Overall a great place, it’s relaxed, the rake is reasonable and drinks are free.

Great place! Had a lot of fun. The people there are decent, but if you're in a wheelchair and you need a handicap room, they only have one bed. They could easily put two twin beds in there, but they choose not to because they look at it's differently. I'm not going to give anything less than five stars because the people there in the service was great. I just find it incredibly offensive that you can't put some twin beds and a handicap room it's 2024 time to wake up also in the casinos the carpet is very thick so if you're in a manual chair it's really hard to get around

Current building only a shadow of what the casino hotel was like a decade ago. Had to pay for upgrade but room did not appear significantly better than original room with maybe the space for couch. Phone did not work so could not call for additional towels (or help). Room for four only came with two towels. Expect walls with scuffs, panels in disrepair, and unpolished features that come from years of lack of care or updates. Beds were comfortable. Casino was quiet with limited dining options. No more buffet. Burger bar did not accept dining credit. Price of meal appeared to be $20 per person in other venues on site, except steak house. Slots seemed dated and quiet. Table games were ok. Nothing like Caesar’s properties in Vegas.

The room was a disaster! The restroom was dirty tub and toilet. There were so many hairs and ashes on the furniture and the blanket and two of the pillows had black spots. Oddly the young lady that checked me in, strangely asked if I was sure I wanted the room I had, but I should have looked in it after I checked in, but unfortunate for me I went to have dinner. This was a total waste, and I hate I spent my money on this stay😡

Beware putting your card on file for incidentals. After attending a work conference and being told they would hold my card for $40 incidental (regular $199), for 3 days they charged and deducted from my card several times. By the time I checked out of the hotel $400 had come out of my account for “ incidentals”. With no real answers, shoulder shrugs and you’ll have your money back in 3-5 business days. Needless to say I won’t return to the hotel. The room was very nice, staff food service throughout the conference was amazing!

Only 3 stars because all the have left are a few rooms and small gift shop. The staff was wonderful and so welcoming. Hotel was clean. Definitely enjoyed staying there. My room was more than I expected. It could use updating but since it was bought out by Cesar's I guess we will see. Half hotel is shut down no casino or food. But the rest was great. I would stay again if open when I return. Food and casino is quick walk across parking lot along with plenty of food options.

Stayed on 2/13. Check in staff was quite rude and not helpful. The Valet was friendly and very helpful. The Casino is closed and all the amenities are next door at the Horseshoe. The room was very nice, comfortable bed and very clean. The hallway smelled like it had just been cleaned and was perfumed enough to be offensive. They still charge the resort fee but we were not informed about it at check-in even though they have no amenities except next door. Overall, Tunica is a hole and the roadhouse was greatly disappointing. I should have stayed at the Horseshoe or skipped Tunica all together. I saw absolutely no reason to go back.

Loved, loved, loved, loved, loved this place. The decor was awesome and when they say free drinks they mean it! There is a button to push on the gambling machines that will bring up a menu of drinks for you to choose from and just a couple minutes later someone will appear with a drink in hand delivered right to you! It was awesome! Had a blast here. Was staying at a different casino but ended up walking to this one every night.

We've stayed with this group the last 4 years and they never disappoint. The staff is extremely pleasant. The hotel is older but not run down. Everyone is eager to please and made us feel important.High five to Larry the Valet, he always greets us like he has known us forever and so eager to please.Casino even let's you win! Although I seem to donate it all back before we left.Great experience! Would highly recommend this establishment!

The rooms are outstanding and the service was just as great, we were greeted and offered help having our bags brought to our room, when we offered a tip the attendant was already gone! He was very polite and quick. The gift shop is well stocked with a variety of essentials and souvenirs, parking is easily located and the wait staff were very prompt and helpful!

Nice outlet mall with a variety of shops scattered within it. They have many clothing and shoe stores, jewelry stores and a few different eateries. They appear to be getting other stores ready to open in the near future. There is a playground for smaller children and many seating areas throughout a long with covered walkways. It would be nice if there were a bigger restaurant selection but perhaps that will come in the future.

Not bad no food area at least not that I seen. Nice and clean. Only draw back people smoking and vaping everywhere.

An outlet mall near the Memphis area. I visited last Saturday in the afternoon. It was not packed. The parking was easy. They have a few good stores including MK, coach, Guess, HnM, Banana Republic, etc. I bought two blouses from Banana Republic and Express factory outlet. Everything was nice, and easy. They don’t have a lot of place to eat inside. There are many benches to sit and relax. It was fun and pretty good shopping experience. I can’t wait to go back.

Please go to Tanger only when you have time because it's a shopping addicts heaven!All the stores you know and like are found here for example Gucci,Fossil,Nike,Gap,carters,h&m,American Eagle, etcAll the stores are clean and well kept,there are some seating areas located outside and a Krispy creme for some fresh hot donuts,I saw one eating place although I didn't go inside they had salads and pizza and there's vending machines for soft drinks and water.I also believe there's rest rooms although I never got to use one.

Rarely go because pretty much all those trendy stores are stupidly overpriced and my son says the clothing is made by slave labor we call "sweat shops" in Asia.🧸You can dress way better and more creatively buying thrift and making good, interesting outfits like that. Memphis is so close and has great thrift shops.🧦

It's very nice, actually, a couple of stores, specifically h&m was short on cashiers, but I guess if you're shopping you've got time to wait.

After our lunch outing we decided to take a swift walk through the outdoor outlet for exercise. If my clients ever need a shopping area that is perfect this would be my choice. As a 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 I love being able to do Market Research for my Clients.

I like this outlet, especially for the cleanliness and student discounts they offer. The only letdown for me is the lack of variety in brands. Despite visiting for the past couple of years, I haven't seen many new additions. It would be great if they could expand and bring in more stores.

Nice & relaxing on a nice day to walk the outdoor mall. I would rather be outside than indoor mall. Stores seem to be always neat & organized. The employees are always helpful. Usually not overly crowded unless it's around the holidays.

My experience was great when I visited every store, which included Skechers, Micheal Kors, Victoria Secret, and Guess!! Now, the only bad experience was Krispy Kreme Doughnuts!! The two young African-Americans Females that were working today around 2:30p were horrible customer service. They had no enthusiasm, the place was un-kept(nasty), and they acted as if they didn't want to be there. Honestly, their hair-weaves & fake long eyelashes were more exciting than their personalities alone. My family & I will not visit that place as long as their standing behind the counter.

Good stores. We went on Friday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised on the low# of people. The outlets in CA are packed everyday. Stores had nice items. If I had more room in my luggage would have purchased more.

Great shopping space. Need more accessible bathrooms for kids and elderly.

This place is just the best. We love the fact it’s all outdoors - even if it’s cold! The outlets are amazing with great bargains and also fantastic places to chill including the rockin chairs round at the car park! We always have a lovely lunch here

This is nearest outlet mall near Memphis. We love to come here for shopping. They have nice collection. The waiting areas are very great and kids enjoy the small playground.

Great experience! Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, great stores with friendly employees and fantastic sales. Outdoor areas were very clean with plenty of seating to enjoy. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Hope to visit again soon!

Amazing experience. Went to the tour after seeing the Elvis movie and I was not disappointed. There was so much to see and the entry was easily worth it. Spent over 5 hours here and that was without reading everything. From the mansion, car museum, records, awards, costumes I was amazed with every step. Best museum I've been to hands down.

Amazing!!! We chose the ultimate VIP experience. It was expensive but very much worth it. I'm not sure I could ever go back without choosing the ultimate VIP package. Our tour guide was, quite simply, awesome. He was friendly, caring, knowledgeable, well spoken, and yeah, awesome. We were allowed to hold an actual Elvis artifact. In this case, one of the boots from his stage worn ensembles. We had to wear white gloves, which we got to keep, and they put the boot right in our hands. Wow. Also, the package included return to the house all day and front of line access to the shuttle back and forth to Graceland. Amazing!!!

Bucket List item accomplished!!! I am thrilled to have had the experience of visiting Graceland and all of the areas across the street containing Elvis's history and items. I was very moved while at the gravesite area...the mansion is beautiful.I highly recommend a visit, it was very interesting with lots and lots to see. We also had lunch at the diner named after Elvis's Mother.I must have taken over 200 photos, but can only share some here.We bought tickets in advance, not sure if it's the only way to do so, we went in the morning and it was very busy. We arrived at the main centre, where you park and checked in, then they drove a group of us across the street (in a small bus) to the mansion. It did feel a bit rushed, but I was able to see all areas where we were permitted to go. Back across the street where you begin, there are several buildings, one with all of his vehicles, one with all of his outfits and jewellery and albums, one with his military career items, one with personal items like books, baby items and gift shops and a restaurant.It was a great experience, I am very happy to have been able to visit.

What can I say about Graceland that hasn't been said? It is an awesome place which is better than what anyone can write about it. Elvis has such an awesome, crazy, fun, and sad story. Graceland tells all these stories and love his stories. His Home and Museum really brings him to life. Graceland has so many different rooms which bring his decorating style to life. From his shag carpet walls, the peaco*cks on the walls, 3 TV Room to watch football, and all the other crazy rooms to see.

We went there reluctantly because friends came in from out of town. We were pleasantly surprised. It actually was a good time. I was impressed with all of the museums they had there. We spent about 3 hours there and still didn't do the whole tour. Some of the areas were closed. The price we paid was reasonable. And our guests were first-timers also. And they said they really had a great time.

I have not been to Graceland since the mid-90s, but I am so glad I went back! While the house is truly a 1977 time capsule, the real amazing experience (in my opinion) are the museums across from the house, from his vehicles, military gear, the artifacts from the house over time, and stars that were influenced by Elvis.If you only have time for one, however, the museum about his incredible career over 3 decades is really something to see. Original contracts from RCA, family kept records, every piece of clothing / suit walls and the 3-story tall gold and platinum awards wall did not disappoint. It was the last thing I saw in my experience and I was simply blown away by the impact.

We took the Ultimate VIP tour. It was amazing. Our guide was very informative. It was so nice to be on a nice guided tour with only 12 guests. After the tour we had a great lunch at Vernon’s Smokehouse where we had the beef brisket. Delicious. The tour was on the pricey side…. But it was worth every penny. After the lunch we went back to the mansion and got loaded first on the tram due to our pass. Great day!!!

OMG what can I say. I have been an Elvis fan all my life and finally crossed this off my bucket list which surpassed expectations! Easy to get to, shuttle across the street was simple. The house is better than what you have seen in pix. His style was so cool. The living rooms, kitchen, jungle room were so incredible. We went with mom on a wheelchair and she was able to see most (she was moved from stairs around back, very smooth). Backyard with horses was gorgeous. Seeing the pool and to the meditation garden where he and family are laid to rest was somber. Awesome to be able to pay respects to the king of rock n roll!!!We did the experience tour included the plane. Honestly don't know the difference between VIP and lower your. If cash is an issue go with least expensive option since seems like u see all there is. The plane was very cool and the interactive items after the tour were a lot of fun.Definitely recommend this to all fans

We loved it! Expect lines and a lot of waiting. Even if you buy a 9:00am ticket you may be there, in various lines, for an hour before you actually go in Graceland. Buy tickets online when planning your trip to get the best time. If you buy there you may be waiting hours to go on the tour.The home is beautiful and has been kept in its same condition since Elvis passed. You could easily spend five or six hours here looking at all of the memorabilia, his planes, cars, etc. Would definitely recommend going!

Visiting Graceland is a longtime wish come true. It's a surprisingly reliable experience it reminded me of my childhood especially the kitchen. The house reflects the owner, unique and over the top but still fun and somewhat charming. The car museum is fantastic, the stage outfits spectacular as expected. The archives and personal items are very interesting. The Icons exhibit was great it shows how Elvis has influenced many other musicians. It's an important place to see for anyone interested in American history and culture.

Special shout out to Sheila our tour guide. She gave an experience of a lifetime and truly brought the stories and facts of Graceland to life. To anyone who has wished to visit this beautiful property I fully encourage you to do so! It does not disappoint. Such a surreal feeling being on these grounds and touring the life of Elvis Presley.

My wife and I are big Elvis fans and this was a long time coming. And it definitely was worth the visit. We got the Ultimate VIP Package. That is the top package you can get. We loved every bit of our time there. We went on a hot day, so that was the only thing that we didn't like. But you spend most of the time inside the mansion, museums, gift shops, restaurants. You do have to walk down to the planes. But we loved it all. Would definitely go back again one day!

Just amazing! It's really a must visit at least once in your life. The mansion is like stepping back in time. Just visiting Memphis is great by itself. There is so much history, good food and music. There are great hotels and many nice airbnb locations. Visiting Graceland was a memorable experience. It left a lasting impression. Going on Elvis' plane was one of my favorite experiences.

Awesome experience at Graceland, my fiance and I had so much fun, staff is super nice and always helpful, we loved the home, museum, planes, we had lunch at Vernon smokehouse, everything awesome. Food is pricey, lunch for one was almost $50. I would love to come back and see other areas of the house some day or more things in the museum, it was a travel back in time, completely amazing. We didn't get the VIP and honestly there's not a big difference you will have an awesome experience and lines are not that long.

I had never taken the time to get to know Elvis but we went on a guided tour and got to explore and experience some pretty awesome things. I had such a great time and was really impressed with how well Elvis' things are being kept without taking out the authenticity of it. We got some awesome pictures and even got to white glove, touch one of Elvis' guitars. I have a new amazing appreciation for Elvis and his music and how he treated others.

Elvis is my mothers favorite person, even more so than my father! So I’m shocked it took me over 40 years to come say hi. I took a million pictures here and I’m so sad I can only post 50 so you’ll have to go to see the rest! This place is amazing! I felt so many emotions walking through this home and then through all the museums across the street. I felt like every aspect was so well thought out, creating an emotional response in me. From the good to bad to sad, you get it all. I highly recommend the VIP experience, too. You get to see rooms others don’t get to, plus depending on your level of VIP you either get a tour guided group or a headset. Granted, it’s a little costly, but I think it was worth it. If you find yourself in Memphis, I can’t say enough great things about Graceland. Make sure to stay at the Guesthouse, too!

Graceland is a site I feel everyone should visit, but it’s a bit too commercial. There’s so many different packages you can buy and they all cost a lot of money. The complex is also always packed with people and the experience doesn’t feel intimate at all. At the same time, you are touring Elvis’s estate and getting to look up close at plenty of important artifacts. The tour includes all the rooms on the first floor of the mansion, other buildings on the property, Elvis’s grave, Elvis’s private planes, his expansive car collection, and the huge museum area with countless personal possessions from Elvis and Graceland. There’s plenty of signs that give valuable information about what you’re seeing and there’s iPads with headsets to give you a virtual tour. Unfortunately, the staff is very grouchy and not very hospitable. This place definitely needs better management and needs to be more friendly, but I’d still recommend visiting Graceland because there’s so much to see and learn. It’s a very fun and knowledgeable experience overall.

Good experience for first timers but after walking around all day through tours, its a lot. Wear comfy shoes.We paid for the VIP tour. Not certain it's worth it. You get a guide giving you insights on things.They also include a couple more private areas but nothing over the top for the cost of VIP.Overall if you haven't toured, it's worth a ticket, just not a VIP IMHO.

Fully enjoyed this experience was definitely one of the best museums I have ever visited. The tour of the mansion itself was very informative and eye opening to see how Elvis lived. And while that was entertaining my favourite parts were actually the other museums such as the career one, I enjoyed seeing parts of Elvis past and also all of his outfits and awards, it's mind blowing to actually see it all in one room, and think about the immense influence that Elvis had and still has. Would 100% recommend visiting if you're in Memphis.

This was so good we came back six months later. I felt 7 hrs wasn’t enough to take it all in. I wanted to read everything and absorb it into my memory. It’s special, you will see. A bit of advice, if it rains or snows and you miss your tour time the day you go, your ticket is guaranteed all day for any tour as long as it is for that day. You’re welcome.😉

Neat place to visit if you love THE KING! Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of information to take in. Parking was easy. There's plenty to do and see. Great souvenirs. It's definitely a must for Elvis fans. Buy tickets in advance.

I’ve been wanting to go to Graceland since the 70’s…. Don’t know why! Maybe the charisma. Maybe the opulence. Maybe the music. Maybe the footwork. Maybe the car game. I now know it’s all that! At the mansion, the front living room, where Elvis entertained guest, was elegantly decorated; The decor was very classy mid-century. The jungle room was wild with all the animal prints, even the lampshades had animal print. My favorite room was the billiard room with all the fabric covered walls and ceilings…350 yards of fabric!Say what you will about the “King”…his enthusiasm for cars is not lost on me. Elvis had incredible taste in automobiles/motorized vehicles. I loved the “Entourage” experience with self guided devices. I recommend this experience to anyone remotely interested. 5 stars for me

This place is just fantastic! For what you pay for, you get everything you'd want to and then some. When you get a ticket to check the place out, you get to learn the history of Elvis, as well as the various belongings he had such as his jet, mansion, outfits, and including all sorts of history I never knew about the King. After experiencing this place, I can certainly say that's it's absolutely worth it to get a nice spring or autumn vacation time and a drive down to Memphis to explore the various goods this place has to offer!

It’s ALL here!Seeing where Elvis Presley lived and spent his final days - a literal step back in time - is something that needs to be seen to be believed. You don’t have to be a huge Elvis fan (although it helps!) as you are able to visit here entirely at your own pace.The house, costumes, cars, planes and of course Elvis’ final resting place are all here for you to stop and reflect upon. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Graceland.Note: Make sure you book your tickets in advance and (to ensure you’re not rushed) get an earlier session as this museum can take a while!

We were only in town for a short time, so only had time for the museum. It was full of memorabilia, but we found it to be a little out of order and confusing. There was all kinds of stuff from (what we thought was) either from movies Elvis was in, or stuff from his house, but it wasn't labeled, so it was hard to tell what it was. It would have also been nice to see a progression of his career, like a timeline. It would have been easier to follow.All in all, it was neat to walk through and see his cars and airplanes and other stuff. There was only one thing working in the interactive area, that was a little disappointing.We ate in the diner, which also was a little disorganized, but the peanut butter and banana sandwiches are a must. There's a good variety to choose from, and it's not outrageously priced.Hopefully next time we're here we'll have more time and be able to do the tour of the house, as well.

If you are an Elvis' fans, this is the place that you should visit. I never regret that I have insisted to make this trip, although I needed to drive 18 hours to go home. When you walked through the buildings of Graceland, wearing the headset they provided , you would be touched by the Elvis songs when you were walking around his sitting rooms, dinning room , the basem*nt, the trophy rooms, the museums, the garden.......You could feel that Elvis was still around us. A great experience in visiting this place, it has become like a theme park. You can understand how he had become the King of Rock & Roll ! It's amazing to see all the awards and trophies that he had won. Getting on his 2 planes experience is something you will never forget. I wonder if I could go to visit it again, because it's really too far away for me.'

I loved this tour. I had been to Graceland previously many years ago, but it was on my bucket list to redo. my husband and I did the VIP tour which I would highly recommend gave us access to all of the Graceland grounds and museums. I was impressed on how well everything has been done. They even had a Lisa Marie Museum that was hard for me to do it, it was very sad. I am a huge Elvis fan. My husband and I spent five hours there and even ate at Vernon’s barbecue. the food was very good. We shared a barbecue sampler plate and to be honest it was the best brisket I had in Memphis. The meditation garden was beautiful. I remembered the last time I was there. It seemed like it was junkie, but I did not feel that way this time. Everything was very neat and tidy. They also have built a new hotel right next-door to Graceland. we are traveling with our trailer or otherwise I would have loved to have stayed there. They take your pictures at the very beginning. I thought they were really cool photos and we bought them. It’s a picture of you standing in front of the gates at Graceland, which is not possible because the gates are open. I enjoyed touring the planes and going through all the museums. One of my favorite things was all of Elvis‘s jumpsuits that were on display and his gold records. If you haven’t been in the last few years when they redone this whole complex, I highly recommend going back. It is very well done.

First time to Graceland, and what an experience. You get a free shuttle bus from the checkin area to the house. Everything is as was, you get a true sense of how Elvis and his family lived. The iPad and and headphones are a must to use, the audio you get for each room is brilliant, and the snippets of his music are perfectly timed for certain parts of the house are spot on. You get to see around the grounds and the into the other buildings converted into leisure activities still getting audio information, then you get to graves. You get emotional 😢 here and it's hard not to I'm afraid. There are water points and toilets set out for the tourists to use which is a great touch. Then it's back on the shuttle back over the road to the the museums and shops and even a restaurant. The museums are amazing the shops are brilliant the whole place is amazing. My only downside side is, the wall outside the house along the main road as you enter the grounds, thousands of people have written their names all over it, and the gates, it looks scruffy and for me ruins the view of a beautiful house as you look at from the outside. The gates need repainting to bring them back to life, as Elvis wanted them to be, and the wall needs sandblasting or jet washing to make the place look at its best 👌.Thank you for a truly amazing experience and long may Elvis live on in people's hearts.Can I recommend this trip to others, YES 💯 % without a doubt.

Graceland is an experience I'll never forget. Seeing inside Elvis house, the planes, the Lisa Marie plane was so big! The collection of cars' bikes and other things was really great! But to see where he lays in heavenly peace with his family. That's an amazing thing I'll never forget. My husband and I enjoyed our visit very much. But we paid a lot to see the house. I wish they would have allowed us to see the upstairs as well. It's a lot of money to only see half the house. I do hope to take my grandkids one day.

I visited Graceland Mansion and I thought it was an amazing experience. I would love to go back. It was crowded but the wait wasn’t long at all. They’re very organized. It cost $10 to park in a gated area.I bought tickets at the box office (not online) because I wanted the ticket stub to keep as a souvenir. Probably waited maybe five minutes for a shuttle bus to pick up groups of sixteen to take us to the mansion. During the wait, a photographer takes your photo to buy for $36 plus tax. It’s worth the purchase. Makes a nice keepsake.The mansion was very nice and clean. It had that old historic home vintage charm that modern homes don’t have. You can spend as much time as you want in the mansion but once you leave a room, you can’t reenter it. You must move along to the next room. Once you exit the mansion, you can’t go back inside. You can spend as much time as you want on the Graceland Property. A shuttle bus takes you back to view the exhibits, planes, and cars. Lots of gift shops.I do think the restaurants are expensive and the staff was rude at the restaurants. I tried to place an order at Glady’s restaurant and the waiter walked off right in the middle of my order and never returned. I left and found a nice restaurant 15 miles from Graceland in West Memphis.If you love music, Elvis, vintage, history, and historic homes, then you must visit Graceland!! The decor was definitely from the 50’s-70’s era. Which I enjoyed!I disagree with the other reviews that stated the house was small and ugly. I think it’s full of history and is a flashback of multiple eras. You can feel the history!Some of the staff is rude but most were friendly and nice. Regardless, I highly recommend visiting Graceland.

The tour starts at the theater area. Then, you ride the shuttle to the mansion. It is actually best to use the shuttle rather than try to park at the mansion.The mansion itself is well preserved and captures the late 1960's and early to mid 1970's very well. The artifacts are fascinating as well.

Would give more stars if I could. It is absolutely a fantastic place. The staff are very welcoming and have the whole experience for you planned out.There is nothing they haven't left out about Elvis.They have a shuttle bus that takes you straight to the mansion. You can take as much time as you like around the house and the grounds. Then, when you're done, get the shuttle bus back.You don't even have to wait long they are every 5 minutes.Give shops are located all around, and I found them reasonably priced. Lots to see and purchase.Food restaurant all around and again not too over priced.This is very highly recommended for all Elvis fans.

Wow! What an experience. There is so much to see and do here. Take your time delving deep into the King's personal memorabilia, such as his gold records, clothing, cars, and so much more. I highly recommend it. I can scratch it off of my bucket list.

It's great, so worth it. I loved it, and my wife who wouldn't call herself an Elvis fan, loved it too.The house initially didn't feel worth it. Didn't feel like you had much time and was just taking tiny step after tiny step after the person in front of you, but it's really cool, even though they don't let you upstairs.I wasn't expecting much from the other exhibits but they were really great, especially the jumpsuit room, that one blew my mind.I also would have skipped the behind the scenes Elvis movie one, but that was awesome.

The ultimate tour was great. My wife is a huge fan. Happy wife, happy life. She is SOO happy. Getting to touch and see clothes, have a crazy knowledgeable guide, and access to a special room was all with while. Surprisingly, the free meal was pretty dang good as well? Really good brisket and ribs, drink and desert....all free with the pass.

Definitely a must see if you come to Memphis! Pay the extra for a VIP pass. ( $139 ea but worth it) It's nice not to have the lines to wait in. If I ever make it back to Memphis, I'd come back for another visit to Graceland. ( Don't forget you can turn the $10 parking receipt back in on a gift shop purchase.)

Strolling through this house was an experience I absolutely loved. It's nothing short of amazing, akin to stepping through a portal directly into the past; it's a genuine 1970s time capsule, preserved to perfection. Each room, especially the media room, felt like a meticulously curated exhibit, showcasing the best of the era's design and cultural ethos. Interestingly, the house's exterior belies its spacious interior, giving the illusion of being much smaller than it really is.Although it's a disappointment that visitors are not allowed to explore the upstairs area, I fully comprehend the reasons behind it. Venturing into Elvis's personal bedroom would undoubtedly transform a place of historical and emotional significance into a mere spectacle, detracting from the respect and privacy such a space deserves. It's a decision that, while frustrating for some, underscores the importance of preserving the dignity of those who once lived there.The peace garden, located by the pool, struck a particularly poignant note. It's a serene and reflective space, dedicated to the memory of Elvis. Walking through it, surrounded by the tranquility and beauty of the garden, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of sadness, mingled with a profound appreciation for the life and legacy of one of music's greatest icons. This visit was not just a journey through a home but a deep, emotional experience that left a lasting impression on me, providing a unique glimpse into the life of the King of Rock 'n' Roll.

This attraction will take all day. I believed hours are 10-4:30 expect to be there the entire day if you are looking to do the reading that describes every display. I did. Very informative and interesting. I enjoy my cousins trip to Graceland.

What a cool experience!! I took my teenage daughters and they had a blast. Over and over I heard…I didn’t know this is an Elvis song. We only had time for the museums and I would do it again so I cannot wait to visit the house.

If you're a Elvis Presley fan, this is a Must! The whole feeling was amazing! Visited his grave too ( Tip: be there outside the gates at 7:30 and beat the crowds for clear photos without too many people). Stayed at the Elvis Presley guest house hotel, very clean nice stay. We went on to see his shotgun shack in Mississippi too... Including Sun Recording studio, and RCA studio B...All worth seeing ( as said, if you're a fan, these are a must!).Highly recommend.

Pricey for admission. Almost $300.00 for three adults. I thought that was a bit ridiculous. But what's not ridiculously expensive these days!?The tour is amazing. I like the fact you can explore at your own pace, or stay with the tour group. Also for all the info. Your offered a tablet at the beginning, and it gives you the same info, the lady said that was handing them out.It's sad, but understandable you can't go upstairs. That would be something to see for sure!What you do get to see is an amazing piece of history though, especially if your a fan!All in all I would pay the price for at least a one time,"once in a lifetime"experience.

I really enjoyed my first visit. My husband and daughter who's 10 joined me. There were a few emotional moments but overall it was informative, well put together, there was a lot of information. It was not crowded because of the time stamped tickets purchased online. We were expecting a 1 and half hour visit but we were there for about 2 hours and 45mins. This was a great experience and I'm glad I came. There's also a gift shop with lots of great keepsakes and fairly priced. I took lots of photos but I won't post many of them because I don't want to ruin your experience.

This was an absolutely wonderful museum. Very informative and entertaining. The visual aids that are displayed to help with the understanding of the history was amazing. The art work had intricate detail. My family and I enjoyed the museum greatly!

Phenomenal experience! I'm born and raised in the South and I still learned a lot from this museum. All of the exhibits are well maintained and functional. I'd recommend keeping an open mind because some of what you may see can be triggering, especially for persons who were alive and suffered through that era. Must see if in Memphis especially if you're not from the South.

This was my first and only emotionally intense yet educational museum experience. I left this place with a very heavy heart.A must see for everyone to learn the REAL civil rights movement in a time frame back from the slavery to 1960s. They don't and most probably won't teach you this stuff in the school... We spent an hour because the museum was going to close but I'd definitely spend more time here next time, a lot to digest.

This was the second time I have visited this museum. I have spent over three hours there and could easily spend more. Such a well done museum. Dr. King’s hotel room brought so many emotions. Also seeing all of the history that we were not taught was amazing and eye opening. A must see in Memphis!

One of the best museums I've been to. The facility is well-maintained and the staff was warm and inviting. This museum will make you sad, it make you think, make you angry, it will make you feel so many things all at once. But mostly it will make you want to add your voice to the fight for an end to inequity of all Americans and of those wishing to become part of our nation. We are better than our ignorant and unjust past. This reminder of the dark times we've weathered, and still are, should be mandatory viewing by all those in federal public office so they might be motivated to add their voices and finally shine the light of true freedom on all.

If you haven’t been I highly recommend it was an amazing experience and very well put together. I went to eat beforehand and was told in a very stern manner that I couldn’t bring my food in but this nice young gentleman by the name of Rodney or Ronald who is the security guard there saved my food for me until the end just wanted him to know he’s appreciated. I also want to say the staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

I was so honored and blessed to have this experience! The Exhibits were amazing and I experienced some emotional tearful moments. I look forward to visiting again with my son and other family members as I did this as solo activity for my layover from work. I’m so glad I chose this as my day time activity !

Very informative and interesting history museum. Personally, I think some of the exhibits could be designed a little better as I felt like some aspects/events were repetitive. I do prefer timeline exhibits as I feel that captures history in the best way, and portions of this museum tour seemed out of place due to a significant historic moment they wanted to focus on. Still recommended when visiting Memphis!

Historical landmark. Very well preserved historical pieces on display. It's a self guided two story tour. You can see inside MLK'S motel room, where he stayed before being assassinated.

This museum is a must see, and beautifully designed! Employees are very pleasant, clearly love their jobs and are extremely professional. So grateful I was able to experience this. The National Civil rights museum is something that you need a lot of time and patience to go to. This place is awesome I highly recommend it, but go early so you can take your time and read through the history. If you are ever in Memphis this is a must on your tourist list it's only $18 for adults.

I'm not gonna lie, but visiting this place was very eerie, emotional, gave me goosebumps. It felt like I was there when it happened. I love there educational videos that you can watch to get the full story.

To take in the full experience you need to alot a few hours. This was a really well done museum with many exhibits but it is not self guided- it is a tour and takes time to get through. Absolutely worth a stop.

DH and I enjoyed the museum. Very detailed and enlightened. Although we feel like more details regarding the KKK should’ve been added.I experienced many emotions during the tour. The heart wrenching segment for me was where the slaves were on the ship and the sounds of the cries of pain and hurt then they were hit with a whip. As well as the sound of the whip striking them.Be aware that it will take a minimum of two hours to complete, therefore, you should wear comfortable shoes and not heals like I did.

It was honor to be in that spot. They have operating hours and I was late so I couldn’t get in. But I was able to stand and go through the motel from fence area. The marble explaining the story was really impressive and you can also see the mansion opposite to the hotel from here Sir MLK was shot. Pretty dark history but they have maintained the place well. It’s moving and must visit.

No words can begin to express the power, pain and hope that comes from this sacred place. Go slow. Stop, read and feel the story that is built on so many courageous people....and know that we all have an active part to play today.

These pictures don't let you feel what they experienced back then. Truly, we are still experiencing 60yrs+ later. I didn't have enough time to fully see the films and other narratored part in the museum. I will return!

Unique location. They used the motel where Dr Martin Luther King, Jr was killed and turned it into a museum. Stunning displays and wonderful retelling of a really dark awful part of American history. The museum is self guided. It did take us about 3 hours to get all the way through the museum.

Wonderful art, immersive experiences, and thought-provoking displays will make you feel like you are in the middle of it all. 2 hours didn't feel like enough time. Don't skip the gift shop. I highly recommend this museum!

Quite interesting museum. They converted the Lorraine Motel where Martin Luther King was assassinated into a civil rights museum. It not only has the room he stayed in preserved but other civil rights violations and tragedies during the time. Very informative and powerful

I went to the museum on a Thursday at 11:45am during Black History Month. I purchased my tickets in advance online. There was no wait to get in. There were 5 busloads of kids that arrived when I did. Thankfully, the worker at the museum sent us to the next exhibit ahead of the kids so that we could enjoy the museum without trying to dodge the kids. This museum is moving. It is large. It is informative. You have to visit more than once. The gift shop is a little pricey but I was okay with it. I spent $60 on a shirt, a hat, two shot glasses and a calendar. There is plenty of free parking. I will definitely return.

This wasn’t what I expected. I’m glad that we did a pass up Beale St but I have no desire to ever go back.

We visited Beale Street yesterday (Mid March). There were just few people, so it was easy to walk around. But the atmosphere needs some more people! A lot of bars were nearly empty, so no big party. But the street and the bars are nice to walk and drink around. We had a lot of fun.

Beale Street is still a nice stop in the daytime. It is a little crazy after dark. So stick with the daylight hours and you will have a great time!

This is an iconic, lively street to stroll, shop, and eat. It reminded me of Bourbon Street in New Orleans, but smaller and a greater emphasis on music.

I learned about Beale Street in school and always wanted to experience it. So I stopped by while in Memphis. It was a good experience. Lots of people, dope spots and restaurants. I recommend going during the day and as a group. Worth the experience.

It’s not worth the hype but still a cool experience. Very overpriced drinks and everyone is rude.

If you're going to Memphis, you gotta visit Beale. Husband and I had fun walking with our feet "10 feet off of Beale." So many cool bars with live music and little shops. A major tourist trap to be sure, but worth your time.

We visited on a Friday around 4pm because I have heard horror stories so I wanted to go in the daytime to avoid any mishaps from the craziness… There were plenty of bars and restaurants to check out… it was worth seeing the cool murals

Nice walkable walk up bars with lots of selections, but be prepared to pay for parking, bring lots of money bc the shops and bars are awesome, love the variety of music

The hotel is in downtown Memphis, blocks from Beale Street and nearby to so many restaurants. The lobby is extraordinary. Very opulent. Everyone wants to watch the duck parade. We enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel. The staff is polite and professional. Prices are high for rooms and for food in the restaurants but it's all very elegant. Our room was quite small and our bathroom was the size of a closet. The garage feels safe and is very clean but it's not free, so be prepared. I'm glad we experienced this; but, if we came again, I would cough up the extra bucks for a larger room.

The Peabody hotel was an excellent experience from start to end! The staff was guest focused from the happy and welcoming check-in, to the duck master to the wonderful waitress for breakfast- Pimala! It was my daughter's birthday and they made every moment special! The hotel is full of history which even my teenagers enjoyed! We all loved watching the ducks be brought to the fountain and then at night back up to the duck palace. My kids loved the photo ops as well! There are great restaurants in the hotel and around it!

My wife and I were in town for a weeding. The Peabody is certainly a nicer hotel (and wants you to know it!) the service is fantastic, as bellmen and concierge can guide your entire experience.Rooms are dated due to the hotel being an older building, but overall not bad. There are bars and restaurants scattered about for the adults, and the duck marches are fantastic for the kids.You'll need to bring your wallet, but The Peabody was a cool one-time experience. Would recommend for anyone headed to enjoy Memphis!

This hotel was way out of my price range. We walked through to see the ducks and the hotel. This hotel is so beautiful. From the fixtures to the hand carved rails, this place was exquisite. It reminded me of the movie The Shining, without the evil. Old time telephone booths and chandeliers.

Fantastic hotel, with a great experience. The duck entry to the pond is pretty darn cool. It's just so graceful with some elegance. But you feel at home, no matter who you are or what your wearing. Every single employee is helpful and extremely nice. You don't just get a hotel room, you get a great Southern Charm experience. Absolutely love this place, and the location is right in the middle of everything.

The Peabody Hotel is a historical *luxury hotel, noted as “the grand hotel of the South”. Numerous celebrities, political figures, etc. have visited here. Additionally, many social events, meetings, and wedding have been held here. The hotel has kept much of old architecture and design. Personally, I think it’s tip-toeing the line of historic and outdated as far it being an operating hotel.The food is decent, but nothing to rave about. Similarly, I had the same experience with the drinks.Lastly, the rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. The pool is as well, and located inside.They still carry on the tradition of the Duck Master and Marching Ducks. It’s definitely something to see and fun for the family.Do I need to go back? No. But it’s an experience. If you have the time and the money (it’s about $500/night), I’d do it once.

We were super excited about our stay here after two nights of camping. The rooms are beautiful, the amenities and history of the hotel are opulent. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We did run into some snafus, some bathrooms were out of order while we waited for our room and the don't leave valuables sign in the parking garage left us a little nervous. But the duck walk and history tour, which is at 11:30 after the duck walk, I would highly recommend.

This is a really nice, upscale hotel in downtown Memphis. It's a short walk to Beale Street, right in the middle of the city. The building has beautiful architecture inside and out. Rooms are nice, but a little dated. Our kids (even our 23-year-old daughter) loved the ducks!

This is a lovely hotel. The detail and beauty is stunning. The room is quite large, there is a walk in closet and ample bathroom space. My only complaints about the room was there wasn’t a refrigerator or a blanket for the bed. There was a sheet and a “rubbery” sheet that didn’t do much warming. The staff is amazingly friendly. The Lobby bar has fantastic alcoholic beverages and desserts. The elevators are a little slow at times because of the ducks. The hotel is known for 5 ducks that live in a palace (no exaggeration) on the roof and spend their time in the fountain in the lobby between 11a-5p. The duck master performs the ceremony twice a day and its as cute as can be. Would highly recommend a stay here.

4.5 stars. Great hotel! Service is incredible! Rooms are incredible! Service at the bar is incredible! A Showers are incredible! They did a fantastic job with the restoration - it's absolutely beautiful. The ducks are cute, but they let so many non-customers in the hotel that it's hard to actually see them unless you show up 45 minutes early - they should give paying customers better access. And though the rooms are great, the pillows are lumpy awful! Kudos to the breakfast and happy hour staff on the 12th floor - they did a great job!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stayed for two nights recently in this hotel on a trip from Ireland. The hotel is fabulous and our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We loved the ducks! However our stay was made by our dinner waiter, Chris, on both evenings. He was superb! So much fun, professional and went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful time! Thank you

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and a must see! For the price though, you are absolutely paying for the experience and not room quality. Although our room was one of the updated ones, the room still had a dirty feel. The couch had stains on it and there was a wet/humid feel the entire stay. Since the air could not be lowered, the room was uncomfortably warm and the nightlight sensors next to the bed were broken. On the plus side, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also has great shops and restaurants and is in a convenient location downtown.

The grand lady of the south. Very romantic. I had my wedding reception there. You can meet people from all over the world in the majestic lobby. And who can forget the ducks marching the red carpet to enjoy swimming the day away in the stunning marble fountain in the lobby center

I kept reading about the Peabody in the “things one must do in Memphis” and I’m so glad we made it. What a great presentation about the history of the hotel and of course the ducks. The kiddos get to sit up front and watch the ducks walk by. Such a fun experience. We even got our own chocolate duck. Very kind staff as well. We didn’t stay at the hotel so I can’t review that.

One year ago we came to Memphis with our aunts and seriously thought Memphis would be a one and done city - and then we met The Peabody and our entire perspective changed. At that first introduction to this majestic hotel we determined at that moment we would be back and that time came this weekend. It was no less magical this visit. We planned our trip so that we could attend the Thirsty Thursday Rooftop party which was a solid play. The rooms are spacious and traditionally decorated with ducks everywhere ❤️ The lobby bar is bumping most hours of the day and genuinely a great place to hang out with loved ones, friends or simply a place to make new friends. The corner bar offers a happy hour between 4 and 7pm with $5 drinks which is accompanied by live music. The deli has magical sweet treats and the restaurants are must have world class chefs. We’ve yet to make it to the spa and a few other amenities so we’ve vowed to return again - designating this hotel as a special place for us. It truly is spectacular and no trip is complete without seeing the world famous duck march. I urge anyone planning a get a way to consider Memphis. The food in this city is amazing and you have the most grand southern hotel available to book. We’re already planning another return trip. 100P recommend.

Went there for a drink in the lobby bar after dinner. We were served right away but then waitress forgot one of our drinks (we were 5 people) While trying to get her attention a manager came to check on us and brought the drink. Ambiance is very nice. architecture is beautiful. It's clean and comfortable. Lots of people. And the story of the ducks adds to the fun.

This was our family’s first visit to The Peabody. We enjoyed our visit. We arrived at 4:30 on Friday. Just in time to see the ducks start their walk back. They made sure to pull our girls to the red carpet and get them a seat to see the ducks and then made sure to get our girls back to us. It started their trip off right. Everyone we encountered was nice and welcoming. They all had smiles for us even after a long day. You could tell they truly enjoy their job. We can’t wait to come back. The hotel is beautiful and worth the trip to see and stay at. Thank you for making our visit one to remember!

What a way to spend our 30th anniversary...music, BBQ, and DUCKS! Staying here was amazing. Everything was top of the line. The staff was wonderful, the room was very comfortable, and the location allowed us to walk everywhere! It was an exceptional way to celebrate our special day!

I stayed at the Peabody Hotel for a work convention. I was in room 641 and it was a nice room. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I faced the street but I didn’t hear any loud street noises like others mentioned, but I was in town during the middle of the week so that could be why. This is an old hotel and building so you need to go in with that in mind and just enjoy the charm and history of it. Yes, the bathroom was tiny as others mentioned but they did the best with it as they could when they did renovations, it was not a dealbreaker for me. I saw ZERO bugs in my room.Every employee I interacted with from beginning to end was very kind and very helpful. I felt very taken care of.The Memphis area is not the safest so I stuck to staying inside the hotel or going to places immediately next to the hotel. I really liked Huey’s for food and drinks & it was a really fun vibe, and right next to the hotel.I used valet for my car. The extra cost was worth it to me for the peace of mind knowing they lock your car in a cage plus they help with your bags.

I stayed here when I went to Graceland. Rather than stay at Guesthouse, I decided to stay at Peabody in since the location is better. Unfortunately, the neighborhood around Graceland does not have much. Peabody on the other hand is ideally located in downtown Memphis. It is so close to everything including Beale street. This hotel is also so historic and beautiful. I simply loved my time at this hotel and will definitely go back. Duck soaps are too cute!!! Most importantly, the bed was super comfy!However, if you want to see duck march by fountain get your spot early as there will be nowhere to sit. Staff were all polite.

What an incredible establishment! We visited specifically with the intention to see the duck parade, and do brunch. Little did we know that the Peabody would turn into our focal point for our 2 and 1/2 days in Memphis.Over the course of 2 and 1/2 days we saw the ducks march in twice, and out once. We visited the duck Palace on the roof. We did brunch at the restaurant. We took in the view of the city from the roof. We did mimosas in the lobby bar, and we did dinner and co*cktails one evening.Service is absolutely fantastic. They know how to provide service in accordance with the luxury nature of the hotel itself.If you are coming for the duck parade, be sure to be there and in your seat at least 30 to 45 minutes beforehand, or you are not going to have a view.Also plan to do dinner or brunch in the capriccio restaurant. We did brunch, and it was a wonderful experience. It is four courses, with all of them being amazing.The Peabody is an iconic location. If you're in Memphis, do not miss it!

The staff was so accommodating. We brought our clients with intellectual disabilities and they really enjoyed watching the ducks and hearing the Duck Master present the Duck March. The Duck Master was so sweet and funny. We didn't get to stay in any rooms but I felt welcomed anyways. What a nice way to start the day. They also have a duck feeding as well.

co*ckROACHES in room 547. I went for a work trip with many colleagues and I was the 3rd person in our party (that I spoke with at least) that had to move because of co*ckroaches in their room. It is clearly infested and based on past reviews, they know about it and are simply not addressing it properly. Based on the 4 co*ckroaches I saw in the few hours I spent in the bathroom, there is zero chance prior guests didn't complain about them before they put me in there. It was utterly disgusting. I just feel bad for the poor neighbor who heard me scream at 7am when I spotted one crawling in and around my make up bag(!).At that point, I insisted on a new room but then the new room welcomed me with a toilet that didn't work. It was thankfully fixed by engineering but the whole situation was laughable by then. It's a charming hotel, beds are comfortable but this was by far one of the worst experiences at a hotel in my well traveled life. For the management team there - ducks will never be cute enough to outweigh co*ckroaches. Period. Get it together.

Beautiful, historic hotel. Our only discomfort was with the size of the crowds (non customers) twice per day in the lobby watching ducks walk. I do understand it's an attraction, but some of them start congregating an hour early. Still, I highly recommend this hotel.

Did not meet my expectations. Rooms were outdated. The sheets looked dirty, as did the pillowcases (I hope it was just stains). There was also a big makeup splotch on the shower curtain. Bathroom was tiny as was the sink. Everything felt very old. Service was good, but the elevator situation was a nightmare. Trying to get to the lobby by checkout time to leave is awful because checkout is the same time as the first duck march. Everyone is trying to get down there, they have one elevator closed off, and you'll wait at least ten minutes to get one down. We ended up lugging our stuff down the stairs. We also stayed at Arrive just down the street for a few days and MUCH preferred that hotel (prices were way better too). The ducks are cool, but come for a drink and a visit...that's it. No need to shell out all the $$.

What an amazing hotel experience. The Peabody was recommended to us by a friend and we could not be happier that we chose to stay. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It is teeming with excitement every moment of the day and the location is simply perfect. The deli shop and steakhouse are delicious and the customer service is top notch. Of course the duck walk is one of the main attractions and our one year old couldn't get enough, he was able to sit on the red carpet and watch the cute ducks strike a pose for him. Our room was extremely comfortable, spacious, quaint, top quality. Where the Peabody consistently won us over was the customer service, everyone working there from the maintenance service individuals painting the walls, the housekeeper, the valet, the Duck Master, the elevevator attendants, everyone greeted us. They were all so cordial and kind, but none kinder than Mr. Will 😊. He put our stay over the top. I know that he works in customer service, but when you have a kind heart like he does, that can't be faked. He was so attentive, and kind to us and our rambunctious tot, making every concession and ensuring we were able to enjoy our visit as much as possible. The Peabody is lucky to have him. Here's to many more future stays!!!

So we only went to see the ducks on our last night on vacation and I noticed how every staff member has a smile on their face, they are very friendly and knowledgeable! I loved seeing the ducks and I really appreciated the Duck Master came and spoke to my mom and k for a bit and even took a photo with us! I definitely hope to come back sometime soon.

This was my first time visiting and it was such a great experience. I walked in as they were introducing the ducks which was so cute. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were older but were still nice. They laid out my robe and chocolates for a "duck" tuck as they say. I really enjoyed staying here and will be back!

When "quackery" is preferredWe look for a unique experience when we come to a big city. Given how "The Peabody Memphis" has become linked in my mind to "Memphis" deciding to stay there was the only option and a great choice. The lobby is the definition of a charming, classic, old-time luxury hotel: beautiful decorations, staff in uniforms or suits and ties, pianist in the lobby, a movie luxury hotel come to life.We used the self-park option, which worked well. The distance from parking to the lobby was quite a way, but all under cover, with elevators and ramps as needed.Breakfast servings were generous, with more oatmeal in one serving than two of us eat at home.Hard to get fresher coffee than the French press coffee, pressed at the table. While we did not eat in the main restaurant, the description would have lured us in if we had stayed longer.The Mallard March at 5 pm was great, but crowded even on a Wednesday evening, so get there early if you want to see it well.Very nice mattress with evening turn-down service. Cute Duck soap bar in the bathroom was a great reference to the duck logo.The location was within walking distance of Beale Street. and close enough that we walked to the Civil Rights Museum.The stated room rate was very reasonable for a hotel in a big city but the bill grew with fees and the food making the overall per night stay about 50% more than the simple room rate, which still does not come close to a New York or Washington hotel cost.If we return to Memphis we would stay here again.

A luxurious five star hotel in downtown Memphis TN that doesn’t serve duck on the menu but has ducks that live in a rooftop penthouse and take an elevator twice a day to swim in the main lobbies fountain! Hundreds of people travel here daily just to see the ducks the other 1,000 it brings are for traveling reasons that want the top of the line experience and this is where to have it

Came here for Mother’s Day with my 95 year old grandmother and The Peabody made it an amazing experience. The staff was very accommodating and was helpful at every turn. Rooms were great and the soap ducks were my favorite touch. Stay here if you come to Memphis

The Peabody is historic yes but it shouldn’t be dirty like it is.If you are thinking about staying at the Peabody I wouldn’t. We are currently touring the USA on our honeymoon and came across the Peabody, offering 4 star luxury with a quirky duck parade. We paid over $300 for one night, a real treat as we travel through Memphis. We check in all was great, only to be greeted with a dirty bed and a dusty & dirty room. Our room was swiftly change, in our new room I peeled back the duvet to get into bed and was greeted with a large, mouldy stain on the sheet. (4 star luxury apparently) so off I went down to reception again, our room was swiftly changed to a ‘deluxe room’, so once again I peeled back the sheets to discover yet another stained sheet. So back down my husband went this time, to which he was told the head of housekeeping will come up to the room as we couldn’t go to any other room due to being ‘sold out’. We managed to get a measly 25% refund.If you like dark, dated and dirty this is the hotel for you

Large variety of endless activities to keep yourself or family busy with fun. All inclusive and beautiful lake. Attended multiple days and was surprised by a clean AC restroom! Above average to my liking. They're currently building a new bike or walk path along Access 5 across the skate park. Continously upgrades that are enjoyable.

Have had a great 2 weeks camping. Wildlife all around. Will be posting more. The park looks fabulous. Bike trails are awesome. Then you have a paved walking with exercise equipment ever so far. People look out for one another. Their facilities is always very clean and always have had hot water while showering. Best park we have seen in a really long time.

Lakefront camping sites, free firewood, and only $15 per night! What a great city park. 3.2 mile trail around the lake, wildlife, views, peace and quiet. I obly with they would take reservations and online bookings!

Beautiful park. A friend and I played disc golf here. Has two separate decent 18 hole courses. They were well kept and fun though they could have been better marked. They also have a nice lake that we got to sit and watch ducks and geese swim around 😜

BEST CAMPING EVER. we're in our 87 VW Westfalia campervan and it was hilariously small compared to neighbors. These pads are BIG and even the tent spots are awesome, and they have lakeside spots! There weren't many people out, and maybe that's bc its April, but it was divine. 2 dogs and they both loved the huge green area behind our spot to play around. Our camp host was Norman, and I tell you what, he was the sweetest. 💕 Anyway, 100/10 recommend this place for camping or playing. There's fishing, a dog park (small attached to water) and like 4 playgrounds.

Nice little lake to walk around. I was told not to ever go in the water for fear of brain-eating amoebas, but I never once felt compelled to jump in during my first visit to the park the other day. There also seems to be some moderately extensive and challenging single-track mountain bike trails weaving around the area.Really great place to clear your head if you want quiet, but also nice to have a brief wave to the other folks out there and maybe stop to pet a dog or 2!Oh, and the children's playground is the neatest one I've seen around town so far.

Very pretty lake, nice walking trails all around the lake as well as around the entire park. Great areas to stop and sit or exercise with outdoor exercise equipment. Nice area for picnics, great for families with playground areas for children.

Nice, large park on the south side of Jonesboro that has a lot to offer. There is a lake where boating and fishing are allowed. There are walking/running/biking/ATV/horse trails. There are playgrounds and a splash pad. There are several pavilions available to rent. There are RV and campgrounds. There is machinery for working out and a basketball court. There is probably a lot I am missing but point being, it is a nice, recreational option for residents and visitors to Jonesboro.

It's a great place to go. There is lots do throughout the park. It's peaceful. No troublemakers around. My kids love when we go there. I recommend to everyone young, old, in between, single, with kids or animals even It's the place to go to have fun or just relax or go for a walk or whatever it is, just go and enjoy nature at its best.

Great place to run.All of the facilities were open, the campground looked fairly full. I enjoyed the view of the lake.And the walking bridge built by my father-in-law way back in 2005! I thought it was pretty NEAT!

Best funded and maintained public park with no entry fee I've ever seen. The shower and laundry access is great for when you're camping.

The tent camping areas were perfect. Everything was clean and well kept. The camp host,Norman was very nice and very good representation of what you get at this campground. I came camping with my dog on my motorcycle and I was able to have a nice evening with unlimited free firewood included in the $10 site! What a steal!

I go to fish. I enjoy it. If you go bring boots it's grown up around edges and the heat this year has water levels down you got to get a little dirty but it's great I catch all kinds of fish big and small

This place is amazing to stay at. They have it all for the family. A few kids parks, walking trails, and mountain bike trails.

Our stay at Craighead was awesome. The park is beautiful and the trails are great. The camp host, Norm, and his girlfriend were amazing. They were so incredibly helpful with getting us a beautiful site and made sure we felt happy and safe during our stay. Norm gave us some greatadvice as we travel cross country and we hope to stop back in to see he and his girlfriend on our way back to the east coast. :)

Absolutely LOVE this park. I only come for my dog and he KNOWS when we are pulling up.

This zoo is so fantastic. We are used to a free zoo, and this was certainly pricey. But we thought it was worth it. We got the all inclusive wristbands… and we walked with kangaroos, fed the giraffes, rode the train and rides, and splashed in the fountain. The grounds are huge (We walked 4.5 miles) —But mostly shaded. We felt it was so very clean and not crowded. 5 stars

Incredible experience! As someone who has visited multiple zoos in the past year, I would have to say this one takes the cake. Each section is crafted with care, and the animals are very interactive and friendly. It seems like they are well-treated as well. There is such a variety here that it’s fun for the whole family! Tickets are $20, but it is by far worth it for a great experience.

Love this zoo! I have never seen a zoo with the amount of birds this one has,including a walk-in aviary. The animals seem happy and well cared for. I was able to leisurely go through within the limited two hour window I had before my flight. I’d say another couple of hours would have included something to eat or if I had children with me. I have visited many zoos, and I highly recommend this one.

My first time visiting the zoo since i've lived here for almost seven years. Was never in a rush to see it because I thought it was small. To my surprise, it was a nice zoo. I had so much fun and did not see the whole zoo. The animals were plentiful to see. The kids loved the playground. There is also a splash pad area. Will be back

We were in town to watch Mississippi State University play Texas Tech in the Liberty Bowl and got the chance to go to the Memphis Zoo and it was very nice! The animals were all happy and active! and certainly well taken care of! There were a lot of people but buying tickets and getting to see all the animals was very easy, because the zoo is laid out and run very well. We got to watch a polar bear dance! Panda eat and eat and eat fresh bamboo! Orangutan kid swing and jump and climb until his Mom came out and slowed him down... :) and the lights - oh my goodness did they have decorative lights everywhere! My wife, our 3 kids, our uncle Barry, and me all had a great time and I highly recommend the Memphis Zoo!

Very nice zoo, clean and well laid out. I wish some of the enclosures were larger, though. All the animals looked healthy and well cared for. The water park for kids is large and looks like a lot of fun. We walked pretty much the entire zoo in four hours, although if all the exhibits had been active we could have spent another couple of hours.

The place is overall nice. Water was dirty at majority of the exhibits. The train ride was about 3 minutes. nice but not worth the wait in line. The scenery and architecture was very good, actually better than the animals. The China exhibit was very nice as well.

The zoo is great but they need help with some of their employees.We asked for total experience tickets and they sold us general admission. They were closing early in the afternoon the day we went but google said they were open till 5:00. They person that “helped us” with the ticket issue said they don’t “own google” and can’t do anything about what they show. She apparently has zero experience with that because as a business owner I know WE control the information we supply to google about our business. She also said they had “pop ups” on the website but I was all over the zoo website for a couple of days and never saw a pop up about the hours that day.Please, people, train your employees better. The splash pad was closed. We saw one open food truck. We drove two hours to visit the Memphis zoo.

This is the 2nd time we've gone here. We loved it! From the minute you walk to the front gate, which looks like you're entering Egypt) it's a great time. Plenty of great exhibits. My son loves giraffes so it's a plus that you can actually feed them here. It is 5 dollars just so you know, but well worth it to see his smiling face.

After driving by the zoo many times it was decided that a visit was necessary. A very impressive zoo with plenty of space to walk around. Some of the exhibits were lacking animals but the one they did have were enjoyable. It was nice to not have crouds since it was a weekday and kids are in school. Only took a few hours to see the whole place. Worth a visit if your interested. Enjoy.

Update: Ashley, who works at the front literally would not let me come in because I could not find my card. It made me pay $10. It was so inappropriate every every single other person is like it’s fine. They will check you at the door. Please fire her. My toddler and I love to go to the Memphis zoo. it is truly a beautiful place that showcases arrange of animals and a clean environment. That is both educational and fun. They have redone the dining area and it is actually decent for being food at the zoo, and the Dippin dots are amazing. It is a bit of a walk around, so try to wear comfortable shoes and we usually don’t even even really really make it through only but a section of the zoo if we’re going to be thorough. The animals are clearly well taken care of, and so was the property minus the China section because it’s gotten a little neglected since the pandas left. I wish they would come back. It’s really cool how you can see the hippos and crocodiles above below and at the waterline. I’ve gotten some really great photography here that I’ve made it into videos for us to save for future memories. They’re also really fun furry animals that you can ride around like a scooter if you want to rent them but my son thought he was too cool with that so I just did a ride myself.I’ve never been to another zoo so I don’t have anything to compare to, but I believe it is one of the best use in the country after the San Diego zoo. I could be wrong.

I had not been to the Memphis Zoo since my kids were very small and was excited to be able to bring my grandson for his first zoo trip! The zoo was very clean, the animals look well kept and the staff was very friendly and informative. The zoo has grown since the last time we were there and unfortunately we were not able to experience the whole park. But we cannot wait for our next visit. The only disappointment was the food- not all food facilities were open and what we did purchase was not very good. Everything else was great. Loved the nocturnal area and the butterflies! The giraffe feeding was a cool experience! Would definitely recommend to all ages...

It feels small and older.Perhaps my zoo expectations are high as I live in an area with high ranking zoos and therefore my perception is askewThe enclosures for the large animals seemed small for them. They didn't seem very happy. And I think the large cat exhibits don't have big enough barriers for current recommendations.We were very disappointed that there were parts of the zoo that we had to pay extra to visit. Butterflies and kangaroos specifically.And with everyone feeding the giraffes, there were no giraffes to just see from the other side for free.None of the children's/petting area animals were out, which was a disappointment for usThe splash park is a nice feature. I can see that being very attractive with younger children.We appreciated the nocturnal building. That was well laid out and fun.The zoo is laid out nicely and we had no problems traversing it. Though there is no android app to get a digital map. Maybe just a link to an online map would be better than an app to download?It wasn't the worst zoo I've visited, but it just felt old and out dated.

It was beautiful from the very start as we were waiting in line through the end. We were greeted with "snow" which added to the majesty.Christmas lights are my favorite part of the holiday and this was exactly what this old heart needed.You have to buy tickets online. They do not sell tickets at the gate.

Memphis Zoo was fabulous.. It's been years since I've gone to a zoo. We purchased the total experience tickets, which include the train ride, the 2 rides, the tram, and the giraffe feeding. It was so much fun. The Giraffes were beautiful. The lion talked so loud. It was fun to see and hear. The tram ride goes around the park very short, but the driver, she is awesomely entertaining .It was worth getting the upgraded tickets.The food is regular fast microwave food. We didn't like it, but we had so much fun, no one was worried about eating.Yes, we would go again. When you purchase your tickets online, you get better parking. There was no wait on the weekend in October.

It was a decent sized zoo and a nice place to go sightseeing with friends and families. Overall, the animals looked well taken care of. It just needs a little upkeep with some places being closed down and looking rundown.

Perfect for all family members.Has organization, places to freshen up when it is hot, a lot of wonderful expositions and playgrounds and even has a water park. I'll definitely visit again cause it is huge and in one day we couldn't do all the activities we wanted.

This is probably one of my favorite zoos! We visit a zoo every time we travel. This one had several animals that we had not seen anywhere else. They also have a splash pad during summer! It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I am sure we will visit again.

We visited from Missouri. We LOVE the Saint Louis Zoo (it’s free so hard to beat)! We really enjoyed this zoo! The animals are extremely close and seem to want to engage with each other and visitors. There are many different animals to see. We spent four hours here and my kids never complained of boredom. The giraffe feeding was a unique and fun experience for my children! We ended up paying $124 for our visit which is steep compared to the free visits we take in Saint Louis but it was worth it. We would come again.

We’ve been to the Memphis zoo a few times. We even did the overnight sleepover with our Girl Scout troop. We’ve enjoyed our experience every time, and there’s always something I miss that I need to check out the next time. I wish there were better food options for families that were more affordable. Overall, it’s a great place to take your family and spend the day. We may check out the splash pad this summer there.

Been to a few Zoos around the country and the Memphis Zoo is one of my favorite so far. I am a member so I don't have to pay for parking but keep in mind that is something that goes along with paying for admission. The animals looks very healthy, happy and on weekdays it is pretty empty letting you get some great views of the animals. I would highly recommend going here at least once if you live in the area or if you are visiting Memphis!

Had a great experience will definitely return in the future. Saw a bunch of animals that I haven't seen before at our local zoos. Everyone was so nice at gift shops and drink stations

We visited the Memphis Zoo during the spring. Easy parking, lines were short, friendly people, and the weather was perfect. The zoo offered military discounts with valid credentials at entry as well as several vendors. There was a big splash pad for young and older children near the entrance. Expect endless photo opportunities, plus areas to buy snacks and souvenirs throughout the zoo. Most areas were easily accessible by wheelchair. Locate restrooms earlier rather than later. Recommend “Find My” app (or AirTag) just in case someone gets separated from the group.

Unfriendly staff and very highly stressed animals in undersized enclosures left me with a bad taste in my mouth.My degree is in ecology and biodiversity. I have worked at Zoo Atlanta and at the Georgia Aquarium. I have worked with captive wild animals and I know a lot about animal psychology and captive behaviors. If you know anything about animal behavior, like me, you will have a BAD time.Every mammal species (except for the Sumatran tigers) exhibited signs of distress. Big cats panting and pacing in small circles (jaguar, clouded leopard, cheetahs), one clouded leopard is balding on its tail from excessive grooming, the hippos swim in tight circles, and the elephants sway side to side without moving. All are stress behaviors. I have studied animal behavior in zoos and, while they are providing enrichment activities for most of their species, it doesn't resolve the fact that there is simply not anywhere near enough space for these animals. There are three cougars in a very small enclosure. Some of the reptiles and fish are kept in tanks or housing significantly smaller than what the ideal captive footprint should be. This zoo is an older zoo, one of the oldest in the country, and we have learned an almost immeasurable amount in regards to animal welfare since then. And despite investing over $116,000,000 on renovations and expansions, it just isn't enough.Aside from that, while I was there, there were maybe ten other guests who were determined to visit on a cold, rainy day - I came across two non-staff members. I encountered quite a few keepers and almost none of them even acknowledged my presence. I don't expect people to stop and say "hi, what's your life story" but when your staff doesn't even make eye contact with the one single guest in the entire visible area it is a bit off-putting. I felt essentially unwelcome, similar to the feeling of wandering into a restricted area and having no idea how to leave, except I was in the main exhibit areas. You also have to pay $10 to park and an additional $25 per adult for zoo entry. Nowhere on the website did I see anything mentioning paid parking. Certain exhibits cost an additional fee to enter. Honestly quite disappointing.

Great zoo, friendly staff! If you have a trailer with you, they will show you where to park and let you in the back door. We will definitely go back again!

Haven't been to the zoo since I was a kid! I was pleasantly surprised by the new exhibits and loved the overall kindness of the staff as well. Parking wasn't a hassle, and the tickets are inexpensive. I recommend going on Tuesdays when they're discounted (for TN residents only I believe). If you plan on being here all day with children, there's plenty of spots to sit down and sectional seating near restrooms. Vending machines throughout in case you need a drink, but in some parts of the zoo food and beverages aren't allowed. A fun and educational experience for all ages. Will be returning very soon with my nieces and nephews!

I love the zoo. Nice environment. Good variety of animals. Safe and entertaining environment for adults and kids. The only downside is the aquarium part. It's small and not really that many fish types in it.

My older son absolute loves animals. We have to visit any Zoo possible. We have even been to Zoos like Brasov - Romania and Szeged Hungary. The Memphis Zoo is ranking probably at the top of the list right now. Everything is spotless. The entire landscape is well taken care of and very clean. No dead leaves, random branches, misplaced stands, etc. On top of everything the animals were very active and they all seem to have pretty good size cages which we always love. The entire Zoo theme is pretty cool too. Very pleasantly surprised and felt like the money was well worth it!

The Memphis Zoo is genuinely one of the best zoos in the USA. They have a wide range of animals. They have interesting enclosures and interactive areas. About every hour there is a Zoo Keeper talk where they show off specific animals, like the seals or birds of prey.If you have children and live close, the membership pays for itself, and I highly recommend it.In the spring, there is a butterfly enclosure which is pretty cool.

The Memphis Zoo has always been one of the best things in the city and it keeps getting better and better. There’s so much to do and see, so the ticket price truly is for the entire day, not just a couple of hours. There are also tons of educational experiences and offerings for people of all ages, so it’s a blast with or without kids. It’s definitely best to buy tickets online to avoid any line getting in, and there is a fee for parking.

Zoo light!It was prettier than expected and there were many guests who came in groups of friends and families. When I had time, I also saw a magic show and it was a good experience. The taste of the snacks is so-so, but it's not bad because it helps animals. There were a lot of people, but we took a lot of pictures and had a good time.

It hasn't been the same since the pandas left. The membership is definitely worth the money. Their seasonal offerings (aside from the dino exhibit) are so fun. I feel like their time and attention goes into making those attractions great rather than upkeep throughout the rest of the year.

It was cold and very windy and as you see in the photos there was a lot of ice. This is a very beautiful place with lots of places to walk. There are many Eagles and the Cypress trees and just stunning. I was surprised as cold as it was how busy it was, but with it's beauty and easy access I can understand. The boardwalks are well built and I would assume could easily be used for wheel chairs.The restrooms were clean and maintained as well.If you have time, stop off and visit the beautiful Eagle that lives there. He is very attentive.

I wish we could have stayed longer. The place is absolutely beautiful and the campsites are paved and level. No sewer connection, but that was not a problem for us. The bathhouse was nice, although the shower head was a bit low for me. Not really a problem.

First day fishing here! Windy and sunny! Our guide had us using a Garmin to fish with and a 16 foot pole. It was so different, nothing like I have ever fished before. Still had lots of fun and enjoyed the day!

This place is just gorgeous and so serene! If you're a lake person, you have to come experience this! 🥰

We enjoyed camping at Reelfoot Lake State Park. The campground is nice and the bath house was clean and had nice, hot water. We rented kayaks at the check-in station for a few hours and really enjoyed it!At the Park Visitor Center, we took a sunset boat tour. Ranger Douglas did an amazing job and we loved the tour! We were able to take some great sunset pictures, saw a couple of eagles, and saw many Osprey and other birds.

Really breathtaking park. Beautifully maintained and the views are amazing. I don’t think I saw one piece of trash. Great place for families to have a picnic with room for children to play and covered tables. Nice playground, nice, safe neighborhood and easily accessible.

Mix of old and newer bathrooms but well maintained. Very, very friendly host. You can see a variety of wildlife or park resident mascot animals. lolReelfoot lake is massive and serious or recreation fishermen will have a blast staying here.

The park needs a serious renovation. The camping spots are very short. And I couldn't even fit my camper and my truck in the same spot I had to park my truck in the grass. I got to give them credit though the showers were very hot, and had great water pressure. But other than that there's really not a whole lot to do around there, and the constant barrage of Cypress nuts and persimmons on the roof of the camper all night long, kind of got annoying.

Super photogenic state park - specially before spring season where you see white dry broken trees around as well as inside the lake. Very nice scenic view. It's little off road from I55 and you'll have to drive on single lane road for about 30 min but it's worth driving for such an awesome view. There's no restroom with running water so you manage with the dry portable one only. No food options either nearby few miles.

I camped here for one night. The campground is lovely, paved spaces, some with full hookups. Lots of trees for shade and a lovely breeze off of the lake. There is a resort next door with a restaurant and bar. The restrooms and showers were very clean.

Nice park, with unique trees. The river cruise was closed but there are other boat rentals available from Boe's landing. Without the boat tour it is difficult to appreciate the beauty of this park. The birds, especially the bald eagle was a nice touch.

State cabin was great. Beautiful setting. Very peaceful. Large group 3 bed and 2 bath. Easily slept the 9 of us

a really beautiful park; very well upkept and managed compared to other state parks. the cypress and cottonwood trees are magnificient and the lake is stunning. feels like you are on the coast. I do wish there were more hiking trails though.

What an awesome place! We took our 4 year old, and he had a great time, so did we! We spent about 3 hours there and didn't quite get to see everything. If you have an EBT card, you get in free with up to 3 people. There's something for everyone there. The antique car collection is really cool. They have plenty to see and do inside as well as outside.We'll definitely be going back to see what we missed last time. Great place!!

Amazing experience for a family! It was a wonderful rain day activity for our family. We loved it! SO diverse in the type of knowledge to be learned. Also many activities for the kids and honestly cost efficient for family entertainment. We ate lunch before we went, so we didn't have that added expense.

Great place!! We was there bout 5 hours and seen everything except for the special attractions. We was outside and it was hot but just about every building we went in except for the old time cabins had air conditioning so it really gave us a way to cool off along the way. It wasn't crowded we wasn't rushed to the next building. It was a great experience for the kids they loved it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Well worth the money!!!

It's a great place to take the kids, very educational and fun too. The gardens were beautiful. I went with a school field trip and there were several other schools there too. It didn't seem super crowded, there was so much to see. I would definitely go back again. The food was good, basic fare but a little pricey.

My son was lucky enough to go to Discovery Park with his class before school was out. Being 7 he was overwhelmed by all there is to see and didn’t really enjoy the whole park because of the whole elementary school being there. The last week of school before summer break he and I sat down and wrote down a bucket list of things to do this summer while he’s off. Number one on his list was to revisit the Discovery Park with his mom and dad. We chose a Tuesday that has cool weather and dry. And we were rewarded with the greatest weather to walk outdoors across the whole property exploring every inch of the property. His favorite place was the Children’s discovery garden where he made new friends and played for hours on the jungle gyms and zip lines. Once inside the discovery centers main building, he was able to have his hands on everything that he couldn’t before because there were not a dozen visitors on each level. The Native American display was so impressive, the classic and antique car collection was magnificent. The war section was very informative. The children are inspired every where in the main building. So much excitement in the voices of the children as well as grownups. They have two different food courts from which to choose from. Quite an experience for all. I highly recommend everyone visit soon.

This place is simply amazing. There's so much to see and do. It is much larger than the outside suggest. And there's as much to do outside as inside. There are live demonstrations in some of the outdoor buildings. There's lots of hands on things for kids to do. My granddaughters 8 and twins 5 had a fantastic time. They got to ride an escalator for the first time and there's a Cafe to grab a bite to eat. The Cooper Tower ( it's $5.99 for adults) is a must do. And it's very affordable for everyone. A super great family place!!!

Actually I’ve been here a couple of times. There’s so much to see. It’s quite an interesting museum build with all different kinds of artifacts. The outside is really unique with all different kinds of exhibits throughout the year. They say that Christmas is the best. I know that they have concerts during the summer. Definitely worth a visit or two.

We spent an entire day here. We were able to get through all of the exhibits, inside and out. Well worth the admission price, even if you have to drive a few hours to get there. I think there is literally something there for everyone. The kids especially liked the giant slide. All the employees we interacted with were both knowledgeable and very nice. We will definitely be back again. If you are planning to visit, arrive early to maximize the time you have there, you will need it. NOTE: Stand in the center of the inflated dome that looks like the moon, the acoustics are wild.

Love this place! So much to do you can't really finish it all in one day! Definitely go up in the tower, the view is amazing! The outdoor play area is wonderful for kids, the train part is super cool and the have a giant slide inside for kids and the young at heart! Great place to spend a day as a family.

This was the place we went for my daughter's 3rd grade field trip and the experience was amazing. There are so many cool things to see and do. Us getting bored wasn't even an option. This is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience the past, present, and future all in one place.

You MUST make this a way point on your family vacation! We found it when we passed by on our way to other attractions further north, and came back through just to go here. WOW! We were incredibly surprised by the impressive exhibits, hands on attractions, and historic village. I thought it would be a 2 or 3 hour experience...we were there from opening to closing! The food in the Cafe was reasonably priced and delicious. The staff throughout was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Don't miss the craftsman shops outside for demos and expertise! Purchase tickets online for a 15% discount. We spent more time here than we did at the Ark!

I went with my daughter's school and it was so much fun! Because it was a 1 day field trip we didn't have as much time to spend looking and playing as we would have liked. That being said we are planning a family weekend trip beginning of June bc they offer live music for free certain weekend nights. We are very excited to go back for a fun family weekend.

It's kinda cool, but if you don't know, you can miss it... but in the museum area, there are way more hidden behind a giant book on the first floor and around the corner on the second. The outside playground is great.

I thought "the museum" is a good place on a rainy day but I wouldn't recommend it if you like to be outside exploring. There is a lot to see.

We had an amazing trip to Discovery Park with my kids. They loved all the hands on science features, the 3D films, and the gigantic human slide. They are also really into dinosaurs so the fossilized dinos were a fav. We also ate at the cafe and the hamburger and tots were good. It was rainy so we couldn't do as much outside, but the barn, trains and settlement building were cool!

Awesome place to visit! I would recommend 2 days to go through it, if you really wanna learn. Reading each sign throughout gives you a lesson relevant to the surrounding area in various subjects and neat artifacts to look at. The park also holds various events throughout the year as well. The hotel was very clean and modern! Our room had a great view of the river. The bed was super comfortable and big. The bathroom was huge! There was plenty of counter space and a big bright mirror in the bathroom. The room safe and mini fridge are always a nice touch in any hotel room.The casino the perfect size for how big cape is. Plenty of slots, a good handful of table games, and it seemed like the odds weren’t too bad. We were able to make a couple twenties last for over an hour, which isn’t bad in my eyes.

The casino has changed ownership so much. They've stopped announcing jackpots, not thrilled over that. The promotions have been reduced drastically. I will say, the partnership they have with the local hotels are nice. Our stay at pear tree Inn was awesome !!!::

Video poker machines are very "tight".Hotel had very nice modern rooms.however just a cup.of coffee was hard to find...especially if you don't want espresso. Hotel needs to cater to their guests a little more and maybe offer continental breakfast...just a thought.

I'm not a gambler, but I wanted to try it out. I was not disappointed. When I stopped to get my card when I got there, the lady was very pleasant and walked me through everything pertinent when I told I had never gambled anywhere like this before. The young man at the bar was very helpful about showing me how to use the machines there at the bar. The whole place and experience was really cool. And it doesn't hurt that I came out ahead!

New to blackjack. Dealers were helpful. Miss Kayla was outstanding....She was very well versed in all the table games, was incredibly hospitable yet professional. She even advised us on how to play individual hands when asked. Incredibly charming....delightful person...the captain and I broke even, but left feeling like winners...Thank you Kayla...We'll be back!

Stayed in the new hotel while visiting Cape. Friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. The room was nice! Had a view of the river and bridge, which was pretty cool. The big bed and pillows were so comfy - I slept like a baby! There were lots of light fixture features in the room, which is a nice touch if you prefer different tones of light in your room, and little reading lamps. I really appreciated the full length mirror on the wall for viewing my outfits. There was plenty of counter space for setting out your things. Having a mini fridge and room safe if needed was nice. The bathroom was awesome - it was big and there were bright lights around the mirror - perfect for doing your makeup. And the bathroom towels were SO SOFT! Tempted to call and find out the towel brand. Shower water temp and pressure was good too. The casino was fun and convenient to be connected to the hotel downstairs. Played roulette and then won my money back and over on the penny slots! The hotel was also conveniently near downtown where we went to Ground-a-Bout coffee in the morning. But the hotel will be getting a Starbucks soon, which is going to be a huge added plus! My only two (minor) complaints is that I was not a fan of the bar shampoo, and the Nickelodeon channel didn't work so I couldn't watch Friends at night. Overall, I still give 5 stars and I would totally stay again!

The only reason I am giving four stars is because a lot of the games were down when I came in. And only one ATM was working. Other than that, the other few times I’ve been in it was a lot of fun! The staff are always sweet. I came in for my birthday and everyone was happy!

We very much enjoyed the Casino, and affordable place to eat. Had a great time playing the slots, staff was very friendly, very clean machines, and nice bathrooms! We went 2 nights because we had so much fun! They need more handicapped parking closer to the entrance however. We highly recommend going there! Next time we go we may stay at their hotel.

This was my second time dining at this restaurant. The first was hands down 5 stars all around. I was not impressed on my most recent visit. The wedge salad was mostly the worst part of the lettuce and not enough blue cheese dressing. The bacon was cold and burnt. Shrimp was good, but the sauce was so rich I couldn't finish it.

Doing something for the first time can be intimidating, but Century made it a fun and exceptional experience.The slots are varied and enjoyable, but the table games are where this place shines. While the number is limited, the staff are the highlight. Austin and Janice were very polite and patient with me. They helped me figure out 3 card Poker enough that I played a few hands and walked out with some money. I will definitely be back.An extra shout out to the ladies at the Winner's Circle as well. They do a great job explaining the rewards program and answering any questions you may have. If you are ever in Cape Girardeau and want to have a good time, definitely check out Century Casino. Update.. Valentines day 2024.. i had an amazing filet, cooked to perfection. My husband had the Trout. We both truly enjoyed our meal. This time, the Chefs wife spent some time with us. She is very friendly and i enjoyed talking with her. We had truffles for dessert.. mouth watering.(2023)We went to the Beacon 53 restaurant for an early Valentines Day dinner. The food was superb and the atmosphere was excellent. We truly enjoyed our experience. Chef Robert came out to talk to us. He told me how to make the fruit tart that i found so delicious. . Our waiter was perfect. He was very attentive and helpful. It was a bit expensive, but we were expecting it to be. It was the best dinner we have had in a very long time.

First time here I really enjoyed myself I think there could have been a little bit more customer service far as offering drinks

It was just okay. I was kind of disappointed because I was expecting older quilts and some frames of older times to be on display. The oldest quilt dated back to 1980. They were more modern. Sewn with sewing machines, which is still a lot of work, but I look at a National Museum as having really old artifacts. Hand seen quilts along side of the newer ones. Frames that were used in my grandmothers and great grandmother's times and beyond. Things like that. Pictures from those eras. There were some nice quilts there. There was a Shakespeare section on display. I did like some of those as I do like some Shakespeare.

What an amazing place to see the craftsmanship of quilters. Some of the quilts were like paintings and each had a big story behind it. Absolutely loved the museum and displays Actually we went there an hour early and the staff was so courteous and let us in early. So very accommodating. A must see in Kentucky

Great place to visit even if quilting isn't your thing! This was actually my husband's idea because he had seen the sign for it as we were driving! When I looked up pictures it looked really neat so we made time to check it out! We are so glad we stopped because it was amazing! Lots of beautiful creations and bright colors! If you enjoy art in general, this is a great place to check out. We were in awe at the fine details and creativity in each quilt. They even had one made from wood in a seperate room! Very fascinating! They let you take pictures, just no flash photography!

It was very neat to see all the different styles and types of quilting. I never knew so much of this. And they had a special exhibit by Dr. Karen Nyberg, noted astronaut. I was impressed by the depth and breadth though admittedly I would have liked more historical quilts. Admission prices are fair for a museum. Would recommend.

Very unique museum with so many talented textile artists! I just happened to stop there on my way to Saint Louis, and it was a great road trip break. The admission fee as of April 2023 is 12 dollars.

I happened on the museum on the day of the total eclipse and they were hosting people on their lawn to view it. Their staff was enthusiastic to tell me about the museum, encouraged me to walk around, and shared some of their own passions with me. Everyone here was awesome. I loved hearing other crafty people talk about the techniques they noticed used in the various works, which were very impressive. I'll be back!

Great place for a walk through. The gallery has a great flow to it for looking at all of the displays. Larger pieces had a QR code on the information placard that allows you to read more on the display.

Amazing! A beautiful waterfront display in Paducah KY. The vibrant murals depict the cities rich history from being a port and trade hub to more modern times.

Such a beautiful place to explore and enjoy! Walking along the wall was like walking back in time. A piece of history goes with each mural. The wall tells a story of the city. Very close to all the fun shops and restaurants.

It was a beautiful day the sun was shining. We stopped for a driving break and our dog was able to chase a few sticks we threw into the water! A double bonus!

Great for an evening stroll!Beautifully created murals depicting the history and heritage of Paducah KY. My wife and I stopped and viewed several of the murals and enjoyed views of the river. A full size stream engine is here as well. There were areas to sit and benches in the river side, many folks enjoying the serving relaxing. Lovely place, well kept and clean. A river boat was docked when we were there!

I think there are 40 + murals approximately twelve feet high by 20 ft long. Absolutely amazing the amount of time and effort that went into creating all these different historic scenarios! Right on the river and the murals are actually on front flood protection concrete walls.

Great way to share the history of a location with the public. Little monuments in front of each wall art share the story of the area. Great roadside attraction.

My husband and I retired in the Paducah area and when we first visited Paducah we were blown away with the art work on the sea wall. The paintings depict the history of Paducah and a definite MOST visitors stop.This downtown area has several restaurants so it's a great way to spend an afternoon!

I really enjoyed this historic riverfront area of Kentucky. I have not ever seen a River this large before. Beautiful…… even though the weather was bad when we were there.

Waterfront park in Paducah that offers great views of the Ohio river. Access is easy and there are some seating and parking areas.

On a pretty day, this is a great spot to sit on a park bench or picnic table and have lunch and enjoy the view. Two of the United State's most important rivers meet here. The Tennessee flows in to the Ohio right in view.

Great area of our country. Largest confluence of fresh water in the world. We're blessed!

This is a beautiful area of New Orleans. You can walk a substantial part of the riverfront. There are the cruise ships and there are shops and dining along the way.

Water is always peaceful. I'm thankful for being a river rat.

I have slowly made my way up from the south on the American queen and I always stop to see the art work along the way. It’s interesting to see history and learn about it. So if your here stop and look. There’s more further south on the river also

Beautiful view of the river! I first went on a Sunday night. There were so many people sitting there, that we were expecting that there was going to be a Fireworks show or show of some kind. Turns out that this is just a local hangout. But again, what a beautiful view!! You can see historical markers on the riverside and the Floodwall Murals on the opposite side of the floodwalls.

Found this park on the way to Giant City State Park. Knew it was a park my grandchildren would love. I was right! Visited with the grands and had a wonderful time. It's free, but they do take donations. It's privately owned, so anything will help. If you're thinking about visiting, you won't be disappointed!

We were here for the eclipse in 2024, and I can't say enough good things about this park. We were here from about 8:30 am to 3 pm, and even after the eclipse was over we still had to pry the kids away from the park they'd been enjoying all day. The 2yo kept going back into the castle, and even the 11yo said he was still getting lost in it and finding secret passages. A fence encloses the park, though be aware there are 2 open gates on opposite sides. The only restrooms are port a potties, but they were cleaned and well-maintained. Though the castle is not handicap accessible, a disabled parent can easily come into the park and watch their kids play. The giant sleeping dragon was also a huge hit. Thank you so much for this amazing place!

I think what this family has done to honor their child is spectacular! This park is such a cool place for children and D&D fans to visit. I don't know how the game is played but there are many characters set up throughout the park. The adult size castle fort is much larger than we thought it would be. It's a great place to check out if you're in the area. They have a donation box there so try to take some cash with you to drop in.

Great park. Kids love it. Even friends from Chicago wish they lived closer so they could bring their children there.

Very cool attraction! Definitely recommend whether you are a DnD fan or not. There are so many things to see that even when you think you've seen it all in an area I'll bet there is something in a nook or cranny you missed. Definitely recommend for kids of all ages.

It's worth the detour if you have children or not. Plenty of activities and Instagram opportunities. The castle is a huge fort of interconnecting bridges and tunnels. If you're trying to wear the children out for the car ride this is the place to stop!

Unreal...coolest playground ever! Castles, wizards and dragons, oh my! They even sell t-shirts the place rocks. Check it out, especially if you dig the medieval vibe.

Such a nice park for kids and adults alike! Father built park in honor of his beloved son Jeremy! Castle is a maze of angles, stairs,and rope/plank bridge with lots of friendly medieval character statues!

This park is a must see if you’re in the area with kids or you just love fantasy and mythic creatures.

Great place to take the kids! The castle playground is so much fun and the dragon statues really make it unique. The kids are already begging to go back!

Grown ups will enjoy as much as children when you explore the hidden gem of a park dedicated to the memory of the owners son who tragically died in an accident. Boo loved Dungeons and Dragons and his father and friends transformed this magical park into a castle and grounds where dragons and wizards roam. Trap doors await with hidden passages to open up in a different room in the castle. Beautiful flower beds surrounding metal sculptures of winged creatures. We visit a couple times a year and find new things that we have never seen. Bring your kids and try keeping up with them as they wonder in amazement. What an incredible place.

Go to New Harmony at all costs... if you like strange airy places lost in the middle of nowhere in another time. I was there in May, 2015 with the zillions of cicadas doing their noisy noise ;-) In between the Roofless church, Richard Meier's all-white Atheneun museum, the abandoned bridge, the library full of paraphaernalia, Robert Owens' small settlers houses, the quaint main street and some more structures right out of a Hopper painting, that's a cool place they should use for movies (maybe a Stephen King). Quite magic!

Beautiful, stunning, spiritual, one of a kind... A MUST see!! The entry gates themselves, are gorgeous, as is the entire church!! Plenty of room to hold a wedding, an event, etc. There is just something special about this place to me... Just standing inside, I feel at peace 💗

New Harmony is an odd place with a very strange origin story. Tucked away within the town is this very unique and beautiful church.

We had a very fun-filled day at Mesker Park Zoo! The kids really enjoyed the feeding experiences (penguin and giraffe) and the carousel! There were also a few fun areas set up to take fall photos. I wish all the animals had been available to view though. Many were inside even though it wasn't a cold day.

A all time favorite to take the family to! The weather was perfect yesterday and the kids really enjoyed feeding the giraffes! All the animals was so active, out and about!The new tiger was skidding and under the wooden platform. The new penguins absolutely couldn't get nought attention! They loved every bit of it and wanted more. Will back to see what's new in time.

We love this zoo! They have a large selection of animals you don't usually see. Plus, it's a great place to get your steps in. There's a small park/play area. All the extra stuff was closed, but we went on a weekday during winter break.

This is a great zoo for a small city. It is so shady with many mature trees and plants. Not every exhibit will always have an animal present but that is just zoo life and things happen and animals need care. It is so clean and the staff are all great. They are very professional and knowledgable. Evansville is so lucky to have this gem. Love the penguin exhibit.

Fantastic experience for my kids. They were able to feed penguins and giraffes, which is something they had never experienced in other zoo's. The staff was awesome. The animal handlers were awesome in explaining what the kids needed to do. So a wonderful place to go.

SO MUCH FUN! Going about an hour after they opened allowed us to take our time when we first went in and we could explore each area in depth and not rush. I loved all of the exhibits and seeing all of the animals, we're already planning another trip for when it feels warmer out! 10/10

We came here for Mother's Day 2024 and had a wonderful time. The park is beautiful and feeding the penguins and giraffes was so much fun! We had ages 19-4 in our group and everyone had fun. We bought the family pass and can't wait to go back again.

Good zoo, your able to get close to the animals and feed the giraffes. It is a bit small, we took the tram ride around a few times until my 2yr old got bored. And they don't have very many animals. Bird flu has some it closed so I will have to return to see the rest.

The animals are sick of everyone at this point. Not many were active and some be groomed. The walking paths are blocked for trolly. The trolly wait is very long. But the lack of entertainment you receive from the animals it's best to do the trolly tour. The cost us affordable and membership for $5 for adult n child with ebt. Unsure about any other amount or family size.

Kids love this zoo no matter how many times we go. Penguins are cool and the cooler the weather the more active the animals are. From interaction with birds and seeing the rhinos and red pandas. You do have to go up and down hills though but if you have a few hours to kill or your kids love animals all in all it's a fun time I do however recommend season passes get free tram rides and discounts at the stores plus go a few times and it pays for itself.

We enjoyed our time at the zoo ànd would definitely recommend it to people if they are in the area. I would suggest comfortable shoes because there are many rather large hills to navigate. I would also encourage bringing some snacks. Only food location at the entrance. I didn't give the zoo a 5 star rating because I felt as a botanical garden there were many area that the plants needed some attention and the grounds needed to be cleaned up.

This was my first time going to a Zoo yesterday, which was my Birthday!! I had a great time seeing all the animals. The gift shop was nice too, a lot of cool stuff. I will definitely visit again.

First time ever coming to this Zoo and I had a blast. There wasn’t a wait. It was $22 for two people. Many of the animals weren’t there for the season, I visited more at the end of Winter and the animals will be there in the Spring. Can’t wait to come back to see the rest of the animals. We even got to feed the giraffe lettuce.

Such a wonderful zoo. The staff was willing to help set up pics of us enjoying the exhibit. The animals seemed well care for. Some animals needed some enrichment so they would not pace front of their cage.

Been going here for decades and unfortunately it’s going downhill. At least a quarter of the exhibits are closed and a lot of the big main attractions (elephant, tiger, lion, hippo, rhino) are closed, some of them for years now. The canopy play area is closed. What used to be a petting zoo filled with the goats is now an enclosure. Many exhibits that used to have several animals now only have one or two. No more bumper boats, no more paddle boats. The glass in several enclosures is so dirty it’s hard to see the exhibit. The zoo used to feel so energetic annd alive, but lately it just feels tired and worn down. I hope this is just a stage and things will be improve soon.All of that said, the newer playground is fun, the penguin exhibit is cute, and the otters are always a joy. The admission is cheap enough that I didn’t feel like our visit was a waste of money.

Nice visit with our family. The Enchanted Forest is excellent, very interactive for kids. Many exhibits were not in use but there were a good amount of unique animals to view. Some exhibits are very open, which is nice for viewing but be careful with young kids. We enjoyed the full zoo in about two hours but could be there for much longer if you were slowly viewing animals. A very cozy and fun zoo.

The zoo was great and clean. Looking forward to going again during the summer when hopefully more of the animals are back from their winter break.

Great for the price! It is not the best zoo ever, but like I said, good for the price. We payed 11 bucks per person because of our large group.

It's a small zoo, but the exhibits were well-managed. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The guests were really cool, as well -- most of us were there for the eclipse, and we all were good with the waits resulting from all of us being there.They ran a tight ship in the kitchen, also. Service was slow, but they had an additional 3 or 400 people in the zoo above normal. The food was excellent.

The zoo for the most part was an enjoyable experience. Most of the bad reviews I’ve read have been of people complaining that there are “not enough exhibits”and less of the well being of the animals. There are more than enough animals that are not used to our climate that shouldn’t have been there. The penguin exhibit was pathetic. An animal in the wild has so much space to discover and the space that the penguins were kept in was not only dirty, but excessively small for the species. Zoos are understandable but I feel like each exhibit should be modified to meet each animals needs that they were accustomed to in which they originated from. That leads me to the birds. I walked past multiple bird exhibits and the birds had very small cages that they were confined to. Imagine having wings and not ever being able to use them and soar in the sky. That’s all that these birds will ever know, a small confinement. What was heartbreaking was walking past a beautiful red bird that was perching on a single branch. I noticed its wings were clipped and it was unable to fly. It would sit there all day long as people came by, looked, and gawked at it. The monkeys space was also exceptionally sad. Lastly I will be attaching a photo of two boxes of glove cases that were just sitting in an armadillo exhibit which I find extremely unprofessional. I would like to add I’m not surprised considering all of the so call “zoo staff” were teenage kids with bad attitudes.

It's a really cute small zoo. Took around 2 hours and got through the entire zoo.I don't like how you can only get mobile maps. It's hard to see them on your phone in the sun, and the kids love to help navigate. Maybe having paper ones upon request and maybe laminated to save from having to make new so often. I know mobile is the way to go, but not everything needs to be.Three kids enjoyed the zoo, as did my husband and I. It broke up our trip home from Louisville, KY. It is off the path with some country roads, but overall, it's a great stop.We are members of the St. Louis Zoo, so we were able to get into this zoo for free. Parking is also free.The only place to get food is at the entry point. There are co*ke machines here and there around.We stopped to eat on the way out. It was okay. Nothing great. Do not recommend the salad for the price. The Hot Ham & Cheese was okay, and my son enjoyed his pizza. The fries came out hot, and I thought they were good. Prices were a bit higher than normal prices at the zoos we frequently go to.The gift shop prices were really reasonable. It is a small shop.There are extras you can do. You must buy tokens. $5 =5 tokens. Their website is easy to navigate, and if you email with questions, they seem to get back quickly.

So much more than we expected & the perfect end to our trip. The Amazon exhibit was a magical break from the chill, catching it on Orchid Escape preview weekend only added to the beauty. Everyone we met was so helpful & informative, including the tram operator who made an extra effort to find us and give us a lift.Be warned… some of the paths are quite steep, I’d encourage anyone with mobility challenges to plan on taking the tram from the start.

Can't go wrong with a good Zoo trip when you're visiting for the weekend. Will have to come back and fully explore what it has to offer next time I'm in the area!

This is my first time visiting the zoo, and I’m not gonna lie. It was a little lackluster. I visited in late April and a few of the exhibits well may be more than a few were under construction or just not up right now. The zoo appeared to be fairly well-maintained, but not sure it was worth the money.

Stayed in September and the hotel is nice. The only problem is checkout was at 11:00 am. Someone who didn’t identify themselves as housekeeping knocked on the door at 6:00am. Told whoever was at the door someone was in room. Was using key to enter room. Told again someone was in the room. Went to call the front desk but the phone was missing (stolen). Had to use are own phone to call the front desk. Security notified and front desk. This person knocked on every door on that hallway. Didn’t feel safe at that time. Need to tell housekeeping if it’s them go over checkout times policy. It was rude being woke up at 6 am and did not give you a safe vibe either when they tired to enter room. They opened the door until we hollered again in room then closed it quickly. The only issue I had with check in they took cash for the room but the $50 deposit they wanted a credit card. I don’t think it’s right if you offer to pay in cash. They should give you a choice and accept cash. Shouldn’t make any difference. Have to think hard about going back.

There’s not much direction / organization at this hotel. We had to drive around the block twice, to try to find the main lobby entrance, and then asked some other hotel guests, who were able to direct us. One of the elevators was out of order, but not marked as so. With the restrooms inside the casino, the faucet water was Scaling hot, and there were no scald guard p-trap covers, on the p-traps under the sink. I work in the plumbing industry, and a big requirement, according to the ADA , is to have temp regulated faucets, and p-trap guards. This is so that anyone in a wheelchair, that happens to be wearing shorts or have exposed skin, won’t burn their legs or knees, when the hot water is running, and also won’t burn their hands. That water was almost boiling hot. We did like the fact that they had a free soft drink machine. The Tap House was a good place to eat. We’re used to having a safe, refrigerator, and microwave in our rooms when we stay at other hotels. We didn’t have these items in our room.

This is about the casino, I didn't stay in the hotel: It's bright and fun. Plenty to do, lots of space to move around. Free coffee and sodas. Staff is kinda rude, but I imagine they're as stressed as the rest of us so it's understandable. No one really around to ask a question other than security, but at least you can feel safe. It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Several food choices.

My wife and I stayed overnight in a smoking room, only because that’s what was available. My issue is not the smoking room, but rather how unclean it was. The carpet was filthy with dirt and food crumbs. There was a dried up pizza crust under our bed. And the sheets on both beds felt sticky. It was apparent that the smoking floor doesn’t get much attention from housekeeping.However, we didn’t let that ruin our stay. The casino floor itself was enjoyable. A wide variety of machines to play from classics to new. All the machines were fairly clean and in working order. The staff we interacted with were awesome, especially at the bar.Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. But the state of the room we had really knocked this review down a few pegs.

I read a lot of reviews about this, but... My room was spotless clean! Surprisingly peaceful and quiet given the casino is a stone's throw away.Really friendly staff. Didn't hit a jackpot but I did win a few hundred back plus really had alot of fun!Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

I actually love Bally's, but as an ex smoker I find it very difficult to enjoy myself when people are smoking on the floor. Even if there are non smoking areas it kind of permeates everything.However, I love their rooms and their amazing views, I have always had a positive experience with staff, I have fun gambling even though I'm normally not into it, and the restaurants in the establishment are great. I highly recommend going, just be careful if you have sensitive lungs or just do not want to be around cigarette smoke

We came for a mini girls trip for my birthday. We had a wonderful time! Top notch restaurants are only open Thursday- Sunday, but The Tap House food is great too. Pepsi products only are served. People were amazing, room was great and comped, and we left winners!! Definitely plan to come back!!

You can loss lost of money in the added on casino. Don't see to many big winners lost of company friendly need more help to get drinks on the floor. I have won though but no more than 180 has been the most dust far. They do take faster than they give just have to pay to win and have extra to lose. Trust you're self not get the fever

Avoid this hotel like the plague. Ready for renovation or demolish. Our room toilet overflow on first night, wallpaper pealing. Rug in room stained, my white socks are no longer white. Forget housekeeping, there for 5 nights for event. Smoking in non smoking room evident. AND they have the audacity to charge a resort fee because of the casino I guess. No restaurant open I guess the tap room at casino. Advertised 3 restaurants therein anis A joke. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this joint for my dog.

First of all, if you've never been here its a bit tricky to figure out how to check Into your room. There was absolutely no staff at our hotel and no one answered the phone. There is no breakfast offered or pool or stuff like that. The room was huge, clean, smelled fine and quiet. Plenty of waters left in the room for us to drink. It's tricky at first to use your key card for everything... doors, elevator, parking... of which was crazy. Real accessible to the casino. Casino was fine...The 1 restaurant there is way way expensive! So you better bring the cash if ya wanna eat. It wasn't super smoky or smell bad and we didn't see any bad people persay. Pretty laid back and people stay to themselves. Its mostly all slots. We won 50 bucks by end of an hour.I'd stay again

I recently stayed at this hotel. We had a 2 queen smoking room and it was not the best of stays. The bathroom, is ok, but if you look up at the sprinkler system, it is rusted. Other wise the bathroom wasn't the worst I have seen. The room itself looked as if it had been cleaned in a hurry and things were missed. The wall next to the window had months of dust on it. The floor had black marks on it and did not look as if it had been vacuumed. The best were not very comfortable and the pillows are very hard. It was a rough night's sleep. Now, having to spend extra for a smoking room, you would think they would be as nice as other rooms and cleaned as well. If this is what you get with a smoking room, I can just imagine that the non-smoking rooms are not any better. The hotel definitely needs to be renovated as it seems very old and not well taken care of.The casino itself was well maintained and seemed clean. The bathrooms were nice and routinely cleaned and the choice of places to eat is good. We ate at The Tap Room and was very happy with the food and wait staff. The selections were delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I'm not sure if my expectations were unrealistic, but I thought that a hotel room at Big Name Casino (Bally's Casino) would be better.No complaints about the cleanliness, that was fine, although I did not "inspect" the room.It was the size, the room had two queen beds, that's how we like it, one for me, one for my wife. There was a very small TV on a table, and one chair.No microwave, no fridge.There was a gap between the beds, maybe 3.5'. The clearance between "my" bed and the wall, 1.5' and between the other bed and wall, maybe 4'. It made the room very claustrophobic.The bathroom, though lit well enough, felt cramped. The sink water pressure was OK, but you really had to adjust it so it wouldn't splash on your clothes.The shower head was so calcified that the water went where it wanted and adjusting the temp, it was either warm or cold, so taking a shower was an adventure.We live 25 miles from the hotel and only got the room for one night because we both wanted to have drinks and not drive. Honestly, had I known what the room would be like, I would have not drank and just went home after the company party.$135.00 (approximately)The view of the river was decent, however; sound proofing the windows would be awesome. We could hear people on the street talking from our third floor room. Also, the number of idiots who enjoy revving their motors was astonishing.I've stayed in Motel 6's with better rooms.Just an FYI, if you plan on visiting Evansville, IN. for the sole purpose of going to the Casino, budget accordingly. I later found out that there are "better" rooms available, but they are more costly.Also, unless you're chauffeured to the Casino, plan on driving around and around the parking garage to find a place to park. During our visit, the first 2 or 3 levels were under some sort of construction, so the other levels were absolutely packed.Suggestion: Find a nearby hotel, get a taxi or Uber to take to and from the Casino.

When I first arrived to hotel, I had to go through the casino. I got a little lost as front desk directions were poor.. I couldn't figure out what was going in with my room key and there was NO HELP anywhere. Also, I've been waiting on room deposit refuns for over a month now.The room itself was okay ish but nothing to write home about and the casino was terrible.

If you don't mind the smell of cigarette smoke you'll be fine. Every square inch of carpet appeared dirty and not cleaned in years. We even got a non smoking room and it still smelled bad. No fridge in the room. Blood splatters on the curtain and wall behind the couch. We were there for a company party and most of the staff was nice but there was a few that had some serious grouchy attitudes. Our room was quoted to be $189 when booking. They didn't take down and email or anything and had me 2nd guessing if I even booked the room by the time our visit was going to happen. But our $189 room came to almost $250 due to high as hell taxes and fees that we were not made aware of. We could've stay at another high end hotel for way less money. Have zero desire to ever stay here again.Also the staff will announce what floor and room you are in when they hand you your key. We knew everyone's room that was waiting in line when checking in. Thankfully it was all the company people and we knew all of each other

I went there when it was called "The Tropicana Casino" back in early 2019. It was close or in downtown Evansville, Indiana and was kind of hard to find the parking place there. It maybe easier now, not sure because I have not been by that area since 2019 because I live further away from Evansville, Indiana at this time. It's pretty much mostly or totally all slot machines....well it was when I visited them in 2019. I broke pretty much even with my winnings. It was a decent way to spend a pleasant evening there and not too many people were there when I visited them in 2019. Overall, not bad and since they are under newer ownership since I last visited the place, I cannot say anything because I have not been there for 4 years now. Plenty of parking nearby and decent selection of slot machines. They have a hotel nearby too, part of the casino too back then, but I did not spend the night there, so I cannot rate the rooms at their hotel. Overall, 3 stars I'd rate this casino.

I love going here, it's always clean. The music is great and who doesn't love gambling? Lots of options for slots players and live dealers for poker, black jack,. I love roulette no matter if it's electronic or live dealer. Alcohol drinks are a little pricey but sodas and coffee are free. The buffet on the hotel side is amazing. Definitely a great stop. It's also the only thing open 24hrs in Evansville since the Covid outbreak

I booked a room here in advance because my organization is using their venue for a fundraiser. No problems getting my room booked and received my confirmation. Somehow my corporate credit card got declined when they ran my card on the first day of my stay. Instead or calling, texting, emailing or doing literally anything to let you know that your card got declined, Bally’s just canceled my whole reservation. I am standing at the front desk trying to check in legitimately 50 minutes after Bally’s says my reservation was canceled and somehow my room is no longer available so I to pay more to stay in a smoking room because that’s “all that is available.” Absolutely zero customer service.

Went to the deli cafe area in front and the staff was rude, went to restroom and came back and saw the order sitting on the oven. I tried to get the lady's attention to tell her I had returned but it was as if she was ignoring me. Then later that night at the restaurant in the back, we were seated at a table and it was nearly 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to us.

My best friend and I reunited after some pretty traumatic relationships.. We called and booked rooms for 2 nights. We did not anticipate the rain. When we arrived they had canceled our whole reservation and now it is sold out! The front desk was annoyed by us being here saying it will mess up their audit on their paperwork so she has to go back through and change the fact that we actually showed up. She would not even attempt to look or make the situation any better I even offered to pay for a suite. The room we have until 11:00 I believe that's 4 hours has no duvet on the beds or comforter the beds have no fitted sheets does not have any sort of mini fridge or a safe to put things in it is 1980s at best and the view is of the roof gravel. I'm thinking about jumping out!! We just wanted a nice girls weekend to get away. I would have felt better if she would have at least offered some meal tickets or looked at me and told me to go screw myself oh well as she said be out by 11:00 and we didn't get here until about 4:00 we did try but traveling from Tennessee in the rain took a little longer than we expected. My friend had bragged on this place and was excited to show me around her new hometown. It was heartbreaking to see her disappointment. I hate to go home today but it doesn't seem I have a choice.

We stayed 2 nights with our comps. This is advertised as luxurious hotel. 🙄 we were told all they had available was smoking but they would put a machine in to take smell out. They never showed up. After about 7 the homeless sit everywhere inside. They never asked for anything but they were smoking pot and the hall reeked of it. We saw bugs and holes in the bathroom. They did nothing. Pillows were like rocks in a case. Carpets throughout the bldg were filthy beyond words. Casino was nice. Should have slept in there. Thank got it was a free room. But had to pay 19.99 a night resort fees. This is a piss poor excuse of a resort. No not stay here.

Amazing and accommodating stay, David (there’s 2) was extremely helpful and hospitable. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. The room, bed, floors, shower, sink, tub, desk, chairs and everything else in the room was clean CLEAN! Believe me, me and mine are the type to bring Clorox and bleach to hotels to do our own deep cleaning 😂 we didn’t have to do that here. We won 3x our bet money at the casino, walked around the local neighborhood that surrounds Evansville, saw some great scenery and ate some good food. It was a nice little baecation for us, we will be back.

Came to the area for a family member in the hospital. Looked for close place just to stay one night and sleep. Online the price said $86 a night. We finally found a parking spot in the parking garage, get our bags out and walk to the front desk only for him to say it was almost DOUBLE that and a $50 dollar hold for accidentals. I explained to him our situation about being in the hospital all day and only needing a place to sleep for 6 hours until we had to be back. So it wasn't worth us paying $180 a night. It was also a smoking room he said and we surely were not going to take that. When I asked about a non smoking room he said we are sold out. We asked about any other hotels around and he said he couldn't help us with that. So we had to walk all the way back through the complex, put our bags up and drive to get another hotel. Luckily we got a nice hotel for $75 just 15 mins away. Also this resort smells like smoke just walking inside it so beware if that bothers you. Was really hoping for a better experience.

I know we'll to not go to any casino and expect big things it could happen but don't set expectations. That being said I won nothing of anything with size but more shocking to me was I didn't see anyone win anything which is unusual I've been to casinos in 6 states and this is the only one I've not seen someone win a decent prizes while I was there.Then you get mail solicitations claiming you could win 500.1000.or 20000 and do not scratch only do so on property with no intention of going on the claim dates I did scratch for a lousy 5 dollars. Really a scratch of from the gas station would have been way better odds for a real prize in my experience with this place. And a few more mention it's condition and it is mediocre for land casino.

This place is poorly taken care of. For a very profitable establishment there carpet and different things through out the casino need fixed or replaced. The carpet again tho is gross. Everything here is geared to make you gamble. The rooms have not microwave or mini fridge. So your forced to go down by the casino to eat or get a drink. Also they want you to tip them at the deli in the casino before you even get your food or drink. A tip is only give if one is happy with the service. So I gave none. No frozen drink in the casino. And a very lacking choice of beers. The hotel has no breakfast and the elevator is broken.

Stayed here for a wedding. Our rooms sink broke and we had to wait for it to get fixed before leaving for the Casino. The service was great and they sent someone up right away, but we couldn't switch rooms because they were fully booked.The casino was really smokey, so not a fan of that. Ended up leaving pretty quick.

Wish they had bingo but everything else is nice. Staff is friendly food is pretty good the place is clean and they're finally bringing live music back soon. The hotel has great employees that are nice and helpful.

Upon entering the hotel front entrance- we were hit with a horrid odor. Smelled like funk and sewer water. Note: this smell was only in that area. It did go away.Our non smoking room had a nice view of river. Room was nice, one comfortable king bed. Full length mirror. No closet in our room. First time staying in a hotel with no closet. No fridge. There was a ice machine down the hallway. We were only there for two nights.

Ate dinner at the Tap Room inside the casino. Food and service were real good. Never been to the casino before even though we have lived here for 2 years now. Was very surprised at the size of the casino. For some reason I just imagined smaller. We will be back.

Attended conference. Very good meeting rooms and banquet facilities. Food was very good. The downside is that the halls near casino smell of smoke. I will never go into the casino because of the smoke.

The casino was fine but the hotel needs a deep cleaning. The carpets in the halls and the room are nasty. I didn't feel comfortable enough to walk on the carpet without socks. The TV is tiny. The window was so dirty it was a filthy view of the river. The curtains had holes in them. The beds and pillows were so hard I felt like I had been camping and slept on the ground. We had a huge spider in the bed. And last but not least, there was a previous guest's hair all over the bathroom. I will never stay at the hotel again.

Nice place to visit. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful when you could get a hold of one of them. They are in the middle of downsizing and seemed just a little more interested in selling than anything else. All the exotic cars were already sold so they could downsize to one building. A little overpriced for what they have now. Good thing is, children under 12 are free.

Love taking my kids. They love looking at real "super cars", I love looking at the "muscle cars". Besides displaying sweet rides they have some memorabilia from several eras that was a great addition to get to see. Top it all off, my kids had a blast, as did I. For free. Donations are welcomed, but not mandatory, but I happily donated a few dollars. As should everyone if your able. My personal opinion of course. Enjoy

Friendly museum staff, reasonable admittance price, and a lot of cool cars and memorabilia to check out. There were a number of cars and motorcycles from the movies which was really cool, including a car Dom crashes in the fast and furious movie. The museum is downsizing so a few of the items are for sale. There were a lot of mannequins which I found a bit disconcerting.

Dom's 68 Charger from The Fast and the Furious to me was the highlight of my trip to the Dream Car Museum. Loved every square inch of the place!! The General Lee is there as well. Too many cool movie cars and bikes to mention. Do yourself a favor and head to Evansville.

Outstanding collection, frequently rotated with new exhibits. Staff was amazingly friendly and informative. Certainly one of the highlights of our vacation. Will be back next time through town to see what's new.

Oh My, a must see and it's free by donation which the owner generously gives to an organization that truly needs it. Very impressed, Evansville should be proud to have this in their city. A must to visit.

Absolutely beautiful, well maintained park. We visited on a Monday evening about 6 pm, and it was not crowded at all- granted it was close to 95* still, but a nice wind blowing.There is a HUGE play structure, and within it are areas specific for different aged children. The child I was with was 8 so she was in the “Fox” play areas. There were 3 Fox play areas and let me tell you, some of that climbing equipment was challenging for me! I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the play set as did my much younger friend. The ground is cushioned and the equipment was clean and graffiti free.Walking along the water, there were many, many different types of seating available. From standard plantar wall seating to beautiful metal swings, to really cool metal boxes, plenty of shaded and uncovered seating. We walked just about the whole length of the park and it was all very clean- no litter, no graffiti. Should mention the beautiful splash pad- looked very refreshing on this hot evening. We enjoyed our time at this lovely park and plan on coming back to enjoy the play set and concession stand soon!

What a great riverfront. We had our Golden Doodle with us on a Sunday in early April. So nice taking a stroll up and down the river.

What an incredible playground park for kids in the 3-12 range. It’s massive first off, with tons of rooms for a lot of kids. It’s got a lot of character too with huge trees you can explore and walk through, rope bridges, climbing walls- and of course complete with a splash pad. All this nestled up to the river with beautiful views of the town and the bridge. Way to go Owensboro!!

It was our first time visiting Smothers Park. This is a place that I will put on my list of places to visit again .I don't have young children but that playground is the most awesome one that I have ever seen .The view of the river and the bridge are amazing from Smothers Park .There are lots of statues and sculptures to admire .Also noted are the restaurants and hotels less than a block away.I was very impressed by this riverfront park .

Beautiful riverfront park with a huge playground and splash pad. Lots of seating around for parents. Some, but not a ton of shaded area. Concession stand and excellent view of the Ohio River. Huge bug, turtle, frog and other figures hidden throughout the park. Best of all, it’s free!

The downtown riverfront and Smothers park is one of the best parts of Owensboro. The downtown area is clean and well maintained. The playground is huge and great for kids of all ages. The views of the river from downtown are amazing and the large paved walking path along the river is really nice with a lot of benches along the way. If you want an even better view of downtown, get on the top floor of the parking structure. There are a few restaurants along the river but most are within walking distance one block away. Would recommend going to the downtown riverfront and smothers park for a nice stroll along the Ohio river.

We had a blast at the air show. The park is really nice. Kids definitely will enjoy it. And in the summer time they have a splash pad that's one of the nicest I've seen!

Blast from the past candy choices! Super fun to see all the candies from when this Gen X'er grew up. We also got their Ice Hot Cocoa and it was tasty. Their popcorn flavor selections are interesting. We got the Chicago (Carmel corn & cheddar), popped right, with good flavor. Highly recommend stopping in for a little walk down memory lane.

really cool Candy store with an impressive inventory. roasted chestnuts over an open fire and learned about America history. these are great guys and a really cool building as well. definitely worth a stop if you're ever in the area

This is a great Candy store you will find candies that you haven’t seen in many years. The staff is awesome very friendly and helpful. The hot chocolate is delicious and the choice are great. If you are in the area this is a must. Everyone becomes a kid in a candy store all ages.

This was such an amazing place. The owner was fantastic. The selection of candy was 2nd to none. My daughter fell and he was right there with an ice pack! The iced hot chocolate was the most amazing thing I’ve ever tasted. This is a must stop place if your near holiday world.

Frozen hot chocolate is worth the trip on its own. Starting to become a family tradition annually. Nostalgic candy blast from the past, this time of year my kids always pick out a Christmas book and the stuff is always so friendly and helpful about what else you may want to know about within the area.

Such a fun place to stop in on the way to Holiday World. Building is charming and well kept. Staff is friendly and there is plenty of free parking in gravel lot. Candy variety abounds and they have homemade goodies as well such as popcorn and frozen hot chocolate drinks. In store restrooms are much appreciated as we shopped. Given the building is so old there isn't really wheelchair safe access throughout. Oh and they have a fun gumball machine for $0.25 which my kids loved. Highly recommend a visit. We always leave with a bag full of goodies!

You have to visit if you're in the area! So many unique and nostalgic types of candy. Very large selection, too. They have a huge selection of hot chocolate flavors and unique popcorn and fudge flavors. There is a room full of various pez dispensers and a jelly belly room. The prices are VERY reasonable. The owner is super friendly and kind, and it's just right around the corner from Holiday World. The owner even asked us if there was any type of candy we were looking for that they didn't carry. We took a little break from the theme park when bad weather came in and stopped here. Excellent customer service. You just HAVE TO try the frozen hot chocolate. So delicious!! Highly recommend this place!

Better than any candy store I’ve been to in TN! If you like PEZ, they have plenty of choices! Grab some flavored popcorn or some fudge.

We took a step back into our childhood with some of the candy we used to get as a kid. This place was AWESOME!!! Staff was very fun to interact with. The FROZEN hot chocolate was amazing only down side is we couldn't buy it by the gallon but we HIGHLY recommend trying some. THANK YOU for the experience of your passion.

Our one year old LOVED the frozen hot chocolate we had gotten for my niece sooo much, she wouldn’t give it back. She was chugging it! The owner (I assume) was so sweet! He saw our daughter loved it and wouldn’t share, so he went and grabbed another for my niece. We found lots of goodies! You won’t leave empty handed!

Fun little stop for the kids while visiting the area . I've never seen so many Pez dispensers in my life !

Hands down the BEST Waterpark. I LOVE the thoughtfulness that is put into thinking of Littles at this park. They have small, medium and large everything, from inner tubes to the water slides, to waves pools! The amusem*nt park is great and just as thoughtful. Love this place so much, bought season passes, and we live over 4 hours away! So, that should say a lot!

Great amusem*nt park and fantastic water park... not overly crowded and lines for rides are normally tolerable. We stay 2 days 1 day on park rides and one day in the water park. We always stay at lake Rudolf and ride the shuttle to and from the park. Great place for young and old alike! Lots of walking and several hills to climb! But worth it!

We love the theming in the four different holiday sections. They have free parking, sunscreen and fountain drinks! The park is very clean and well maintained. They have a wide variety of family rides with some pretty big coasters as well! We have been here many times and always have a great time!

What an awesome amusem*nt park, I can't wait to come back. The rides are high quality and the staff are top notch. Do not pass up a trip here, you won't regret it. I was here two days, and the first day The Voyage was closed all day but they got it open the second day which was awesome because so many other parks would just wait and fix it later but HW got it fixed overnight. What a fantastic experience that I can't recommend enough.

I might make mention of the admission cost... tickets were $62 ea. I have 4 children and 2 adults who attended. We got there in the mid afternoon and we're quite surprised by the fact that several rides were down due to "mechanical" or "Nature" reasons. The Thunderbird was closed. The Raven had a deer in the woods close to the tracks so it was temp closed. And when it reopened the line was so long that they quit taking passengers bc it was an hour before the park closed. The Bucameer closed due to a lap restraint issue. Getting to each ride is a brutal walk constantly going up and down steep hills on uneven walkways which are constantly bottlenecked. And one of the wave pools was closed for an unknown reason. The only other wave pool was super crowded and it felt like you were constantly bumping into someone and saying excuse me. Then when the waves did start it was impossible to enjoy it bc it was so crowded. The closings made all other venues extra long lines. At one point it was an hour and a half wait to get on the Legend and 45 min wait to get on water rides that held multiple (up to 6) people at once. It was ridiculous. I paid over $400 to take my family there for the day and was highly disappointed in the rides and availability of such. And the food, oh my Lord! It was $9 for an ice cream cone! A pizza to feed 4 was $39.99 +tx. One pizza! I know it's a tourist spot but c'mon people $40 for a pizza!?! (That only has 8 slices btw. Same size you would get from dominos but with only one topping. Extra toppings were $5.99 ea!!!) Very dissatisfied with the quality/value of food choices there. There was one saving grace for the entire trip, and that was the drone show. It began after the park closed and lasted about 15 minutes. I posted a short clip of it just enough to get the idea without spoiling the show for those who will visit from now to the end of July. It was totally the best part of the visit we had. I will say that all the park employees were very kind and helpful. The service was on par with just about any low to mid priced attraction. My children, of which we have 4 ,ranging in ages from 7 to 14, said it was the worst attraction we have been to. They were totally disappointed in everything, which in turn is reflected in my review here. As mentioned the only saving grace was the friendly staff and the drone show after the park closed. Worst venue to date. And all on a Monday.

We always have so much fun when we visit here. We are close to Six Flags in our area and even with the 3.5 hour drive we still spend less visiting Holiday World. We usually leave early enough to get there when they first open and stay all day before booking a room at one of the local hotels. The park is nice and spacious. The wait times for the rides are reasonable. Food and drink prices are lower in comparison to a lot of other places. I would say if you are looking for a fun, affordable, family trip Holiday World is the way to go.

The last time I was able to visit here was in 2002 and I can only say wow. Some of my favorites growing up are gone but the rides that replaced them are totally worth it. This place has never disappointed me in my whole life and today was no different. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I'm so glad I was able to be here with my daughter and I plan on many more return trips.

As a native to Cedar Point and season pass holder to Cedar Point, I make a yearly trek to Holiday World as it is the superior PARK for my family. Voyage is the best ride I have ever been on (I've been on 120+ different coasters) and the water park is as good as advertised. World class water park.Who doesnt want airtime on water rides, hello??Holiday World is the real deal. We've taken 2 different families there who have never heard of it, they have both said they couldn't believe it's been there all these years. One of them now goes there yearly, with us. I'd give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could.Best staff in amusem*nt parks. Cleanest park. Hardly anything bad to say. Oh and FREE SODA/GATORADE/LOW CAL DRINKS. And the merchandise is WAY better priced that Cedar Point or other big chains while being higher quality.

This park is totally awesome for spending the day. It doesn’t have too many roller coasters (only five) but they are absolutely great (The Voyage is simply too good to describe it here). Besides, the water park is absolutely amazing, with tones of first class water coasters that will give you A LOT of fun. When I went, during the summer, parking was free and (yes) soda was free too, with several drinking stations across the whole park for you to go and simply grab what you want.

It’s a really awesome place. The roller coasters are amazing, as well as the water slides. I would really recognize coming here even if you’re afraid of riding roller coaster, as I was one of those people before coming to Holiday World. I wasn’t when I left, though.

What a gem! This is my family’s second time coming. The park is always so clean, and the staff are so helpful. We love the free beverage stations, my kids make sure to swing by the oasis every chance they get. The water park is so fun with lots to do for all ages. The dry parks are so fun too. Pro tip, don’t try doing it all in one day, come one day and buy a discounted pass for the following at the gate when you leave. The entire park is so picturesque. We will 100% be coming back!

Kids of all ages love Holiday World. It is clean, safe, and a ton of fun. We go almost every year, but this year, we had fewer grown-ups in our group. With just 2 adults, it was hard to enjoy and please the kids with the height differences resulting in long wait times for both age groups until we split up. The food prices have jumped in the past couple of years so we packed our lunch and dinner. They have a nice picnic area by the car park (we parked in "The Legend" parking lot). We always buy tickets in advance for the discount. Happy Halloween Weekends is a fun and festive time to visit, but the water park is closed. They do offer free drinks and sunscreen. Take your debit/credit card because they have a no cash policy. And wear your walking shoes!!!

one of my favorite parks in the world for a multitude of reasons. you will never meet a bad staff member here, everyone is always so welcoming and happy to assist and it’s such a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of other parks. the rides are unbelievably good as well (the voyage is the greatest ride ever built in my opinion), with a lot of options for families and thrill seekers. the food is also great, with some of my favorite park snacks anywhere; the blue ice cream is a must every visit. free sunscreen and free drinks just bring this already wonderful place over the top. i come every year for holiwood nights and every time i leave i want to go back immediately. love this place to death

We love Holiday World! Our family has been going there around 43 years!!! Used to be called Santa Claus. It has grown so much over the years. But it is still a family oriented, clean park. I like the fact that they do not serve alcohol...so you can go have fun without dealing with drunk people. You don't see rowdy behavior either. I think the admission price is reasonable and parking is FREE!

Definitely one of our favorite places to go as a family and spend the day! Always good food their pizza is so delicious and if you haven’t tried it your missing out and free drinks through out the park is definitely a plus! Always nice and clean to.

This was my daughter and my first time here, and we had a blast. Age 4 is the limit for free entry, so be prepared for being your little one a ticket.Must wear shoes, shirts, and shorts for entry into the theme park, which is where you enter the park, and the splashing safari part doesn't open till 11. I will post a picture of what I wore into the park day 2, and I had no issues. The only issue I had was the very last ride of they day when I was hooked into the wooden Rollercoaster in the Thanksgiving holiday part. She told me she would let me ride this time but next time I needed a shirt, but I had no issues entering the park from start and leaving the water park to go to the dry amusem*nt part portion.All together we had a wonderful time and will be coming back again.

Absolutely amazing rides. Food is good, drinks are free, parking is free, admission is not overwhelming (and if you buy them online you get half off!), free sunscreen, and most importantly, amazing rides. The Voyage is by far the best one, but if you go on a nice weekend then expect crazy lines.

This was our first visit. We drove 5 1/2 hours to come visit. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and abundance of activities/rides. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Kids were 14 yo, 11 yo, and 5 yo. There was something for everyone. The free soft drinks and sunscreen are a much appreciated added bonus. Getting both parks for the price was also a plus. Wish we lived closer. I would definitely take advantage of a season pass.

A very fun place to go. You will need 2 days to do everything in both parks.The 1 picture is the swings in Halloween land. The first one is Turkey whirl in Thanksgiving land. They are building more. Will have a Boomerang ride next year.

We had a group of 8 people and had an absolute blast! They had all their Halloween stuff happening so we did the hay ride, corn maze and drone show (which was really cool). We will definitely be back!

We had so much fun here. We had 8 people total in our party, and the cost didn't break my bank. With the free drinks and sun screen it saved us even more money. I can't wait to go back again.

Our family had an AMAZING time! The rides were great, the variety of water slides are crazy! The park caters to all ages which is awesome, we have infant to 17 age range. There is something for everyone! Also the power went out in part of the park an hour before close and the park has offered another full day for each of us for free! The parking was hassle free, there are signs all throughout the park so it's easy to find things, there are bathrooms everywhere and drinks stations at every corner. Not to mention the park is so clean, there are staff everywhere to assist and very friendly. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Went back in the beginning of July. We spent part of the day in the Waterpark before it rained. Holiday World has a policy if their rides are down for a certain time and reason, they will honor that days ticket for a future visit. We made our return trip on a weekend in mid August. (School is back in session so the park has weekend only operation at that time.) The park is beautifully maintained. Free parking (including spaces for EV), free sunscreen stations, free beverage stations. A small selection of awesome Rollercoasters and and even better Waterpark. Excited to return 2024 for the new coaster addition!

Been quite a few years since I've visited... Won't be that long again. Had a great time with the roller-coasters, Splashin' Safari and everything in between. Atmosphere was great and cleanliness was top notch. Highly recommend! Those roller-coasters are intense and no joke! Loved it!

We recently visited for the first time and are looking forward to returning! This park is so much fun. There is something there for everyone, all ages and all thrill seekers. We purchased our tickets ahead of time and getting in the park was a breeze. We were impressed by how clean the park was, the freebies and how many employees were there to help you out. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The coasters were awesome and the water park was so much fun! We have been long time big amusem*nt park goers (you know the ones) but honestly this park blew the others out of the water! Crowds were low and the value was great. We will definitely be back!

The water park is large with many different slides, splash zones, and wave pools. There are wooden coasters for those who enjoy that type of ride. They also have a well versed genre of food courts to choose from including a Thanksgiving style meal. We were there on a Sunday the last week of July and the longest wait time was a little over 10 minutes.

It's best to go on like a Monday or Tuesday for the shortest lines. Overall really nice. Wait for food sucked but I don't think expect it to be quick

Great museum! Loved the information that we got. Even though it was policed by them not by myself the parent what my child could learn. Docent was very informative and passionate. No where on any site did it say admission was only for an hour. Was disappointed as we drove from Indy and was rushed out before even finishing the second room. The lady at the front cut off the docent mid story and barely allowed to take a picture in the room due to time when we didn't necessarily opt for a guided tour but got one anyways from the docent (who again was lovely, we did enjoy her stories). Was not really left alone to peruse by ourselves again resulting in missed part of the museum by time end which was weird for a museum. Make sure you have plans on top of the museum, as I'm not sure I would have came for a rushed tour with a 3 hr round trip.Overall a lot was left to be desired by experience. Daughter left frustrated that they refused to answer questions and only stated that she was too young to understand concepts she had knowledge of prior to coming to the museum. Wish we could have walked around by ourselves so I could explain it myself to her. Would have more pictures to post if they let us take more.

I absolutely love this place! I wish it was bigger and had more but what it does have is so amazing! Can't wait to go again! I would highly recommend! Great to visit if you are traveling though Terre Haute. Only need a few short hours.

A wonderfully informative experience. This was such a horrible time in history that is respectfully presented.The hologram question and answer session was something I’ve never experienced before and very neat. I’m glad I finally had the opportunity to visit with my family. The docents were very informative and would happily answer any questions. We all left learning quite a bit of information and had lots to discuss on the ride home.My only suggestion would to be to be open a little longer than 4pm. It was hard to plan a day to visit where we could make the long drive and still have enough time to go through the museum and not have to rush.

This museum is a must visit for anyone,but is important to teach our children what can happen if we as a nation don't watch what our leaders are doing. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I found the museum very informative about the life of Eva Moses Kor and her journey as a holocaust survivor. I liked theater where the docent asks Eva’s holographic image questions because you get a feel for the her as a person in her own voice. It’s a small museum but I felt it was well worth the price of admission.

This is a very sobering museum and very well presented. The hologram of Eva Mozes Kor is remarkable. You can ask questions and she will answer them, sometimes a little more generically than you would like, but since it was all programmed before Mrs. Kor passed, It is amazingly. Well done. Her stories are very sad and it's amazing that she could be able to forgive the people the Nazis who did these things to her and to the rest of her family.I plan to go back again because it's a lot to take in at any given time.

I had no idea there was a holocaust museum in Indiana. Very informative. Staff was super-friendly and explanations were detailed and interesting. Virtual interview of a holocaust survivor was amazing

Fantastic resource on an aspect of the Holocaust that not everyone is aware of. You can see and feel the passion that Ms. Kor had when developing this place. Everyone should visit this museum at least once. Knowledgeable staff who clearly have a passion for educating others.Small facility that only takes a couple of hours to see. Make sure to take time to visit the interactive program and ask questions.Not really a negative but I do wish the staff were less intrusive with their multiple offers to go with you though the facility. Offer once or twice then let visitors ask if they want assistance. We were asked no less than 14 times in the approximately 2 hours we were there. Sometimes, especially with a topic such as this, a person just needs to be able to process things on their own and at their own pace.

Wonderful museum with a rich history, the founder of CANDLES was a holocaust survivor and one many Mendel twins at Auschwitz. The staff were attentive and generous with their knowledge. Exhibits full on information and interactive.

We went for a field trip with my daughter's school. It was a informational and moving couple hours. We learned some things and got to hear about Eva's story. Definitely worth the trip!

While it's a small museum, my dad and I spent a little over 3 hours here. The employees giving the guided tour have a wealth of knowledge and add a lot of extra information to Eva Kor's story that you wouldn't otherwise find out about just by solely reading the signs.

She lived 30 years in Terre Haute, and the museum is a lovingly crafted tribute and testimony to her life and pursuit of peace and forgiveness. The museum's docents are knowledgeable and helpful. The tour can take from 2-3 hours, and on-site parking is available.

Welcomed with warmth as we made our way inside after visiting the beautiful outdoor mural painting. The stories spoken by a hologram of Eva M. Kor came to life and gave me the chills. I now understand how her forgiveness helped her (and her twin), to survive that gruesome past. A small museum that had to be rebuilt after vandals torched it, was yet another reminder to forgive, carry on, and rebuild. This was quite educational throughout the whole experience and how much it affected many ethnic backgrounds who were held captive and killed. The docents are very knowledgeableabout the life of Eva Kor and Walter Sommers, another holocaust survivor.

Our tour guide was very informative.The girls loved the boat tour, the cave is beautiful. There are some really neat things in the gift shop, and the natural landscape is breathtaking! The walk is pretty steep though to get to the boat, so if you have mobility issues, it may be rough, otherwise, a wonderful family adventure! The entire tour, takes roughly 1 hour.

This was a very enjoyable cave tour! All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide was "Cave Man" Dave, and he did a wonderful job of leading the tour and sharing information about this cave and caves in general. There were a few picnic tables behind the main building that would be good for families and they are close to clean restrooms.

Absolutely an awesome experience. Our guide, although only 16, was amazing with great knowledge, a quick wit, and a great sense of humor with the guests and a good boat pilot. The park is clean, the gift shop has lots to offer, the gem mining is fun and the boat tour is awesome. Highly recommend this park and cave to travel too. Way worth the day trip. Will definitely be back. And bring a strong flashlight if you wanna add a little more fun to the trip, just respect the rules when asked for total darkness conditions..There is generally plenty of parking, but weekends and holiday weekends right be a little tight and require a bit of a walk. Handicap parking available but must be able to board a boat. Kid friendly as well.

This was just a stop on our way to Big Splash. Turned out to be my favorite place. The store has so much to look at while waiting for our tour yet it was simple not to much in your face overwhelling gift shop vibe, also so clean the whole place was. Prices are all very reasonable from tickets to merchandise. Staff: you can tell each guy loves working there. Beyond knowledgeable, help and kind. Any question was answered and they were quick with it. We did mining for gems for a bit too always fun the station they have is easy to use.Nick was our tour guide and we had a pretty quite group. You can tell he knew the job and cave well because he made the whole journey enjoyable. He taught us so much while kept us laughing.I can't express how beautiful this cave is and I was just in awe of what nature has created. My photos don't do it justice.

What a great, out of the way, attraction. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cloe our tour guide was awesome. Very clear speaking voice, answered questions, and kept it very fun. Tour took about 45 minutes to an hour. This time of year they only have a handful of tours a day so call ahead. We got there around 10:50am and the next tour was at noon. So we killed time looking at the gift shop, walking the sink hole trail (takes about 30 minutes) then just having a snack in the car. Tour itself was fun and i came away feeling i learned a few things. Highly recommend for everyone except very young children or people with mobility issues.

I highly recommend taking a tour here. I’ve been on many guided cave tours, but this one is very unique since it’s entirely given while in a boat. The cave is amazing. You even see cave fish along with crayfish. The staff is very friendly and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. There’s also a small gift shop on site.

This was an amazing experience. We surprised the kids and all were happy. The boat guide was funny and knowledgeable. Whether you are local or a visitor from out of town, I highly recommend a visit. Ps also buy a bag of dirt for mining. It's worth it. ⛏️🪨🛶

A sedate underground boat tour. I had no idea there was an underground river like this in Indiana. There are only a few cave formations like stalactites, but the guides we informative and pleasant. Consider calling ahead as recent rainy weather can close the attraction.

What a charming and fascinating stop! We walked up to the gift shop to purchase tickets for their tour and was greeted by "Tommy" the black and white cat. My daughters couldn't resist patting him and Tommy preferred not to be touched, haha. The employees brought out a teaser toy for my 9 year old to play with Tommy while we paid for our tickets and bought a couple bags of mining rough for the kids to mine in their gem sluice. Arrowheads and fossils were discovered with enthusiasm, it was a great learning opportunity while we waited for our tour time. The walk down into the cave was a sharp declining ramp into the mouth of the cave and spiraled down to the docks. We boarded the boat and our tour guide gently steered the boat through the natural tunnels of Bluespring. We spied cave crayfish and cave fish, as it was early in the morning, the best time to see them. Though this cave isn't really known for its formations, there are still many beautiful things to witness here. We finished our Indiana Cave Trail here and received our t-shirts! Thank you folks for a memorable visit!

Awesome tour.Longest boat tour I have been on anywhere. Great event and the tour guide was like 16 years old and one of the most knowledgeable cave guides I have experienced. A+, definitely would do again!

What a great place 💪🏻 We happened to be traveling by when we decided to stop. I'm sure glad we did. The boat trip underground was awesome. The mining was really neat, too.

We were passing through and we wouldn’t have been able to make the tour without some above and beyond accommodation from staff, which they didn’t hesitate to offer (shout out Andrew and Keagan).The cave itself is spectacular, a one of a kind experience in the Midwest as far as I know. Our guide Keagan was friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer all questions about the caves history and geology. A must-go if you’re in the area.

Absolutely a gorgeous experience! The caves are stunning and it’s a nice boat ride for about an hour all the way inside with fun demonstration. 4 stars out of 5 because our tour guide keagen, although a good kid, did not inform us much about the history of the caves apart from a 3 minute quick spiel, and kind of interrupted the fun while speaking of other unrelated details. Highly recommend it, especially in a big group!

I love visiting the different caves in Indiana and Kentucky. My kids have a blast at every cave we visit since each one is unique. This one is really fun since it is a boat ride and is relatively long. The walk down the hill and back is the hardest part since it is very steep so be aware of it before going! We did have to wait a bit before the next tour started.

It was a tremendous experience. The boat trip into the cavern lasts an hour and costs $22 for adults. Worth it! Later, we walked on a short trail above the cavern. We went on weekdays. The tour starts at every hour. There is no waiting time, and you do not need to make a reservation beforehand.They have a smart and sweet cat, Tommy. (: He was the first one to welcome us to the park. If you see him around, please cuddly him. He was hungry for a cuddly since the employees were busy accommodating guests. We cuddled him often, and he followed us everywhere, even to a short trail. He was constantly meowing, calling us to go back to the office. We were told he chased hikers on a trail and came to the office with them. Later, the employees decided to keep him. Thank you for taking care of him, Bluespring!

The people that work there are very 👍 nice. They have activity for the kids to find 💎 gemstones. The boat ride going down 80 feet below land in the cave was great.

What a wonderful experience! Dave and David did a wonderful job on our tour. We ended up having the boat to ourselves. We did wait about an hour, but only because there was a class trip ahead of us. There was plenty to keep us occupied until our tour slot so we didn’t mind. Gemstone mining was a blast. My son had the best time. All the staff members were so nice and helpful! We will definitely be back

This was one of the better parks I have been to. The scenery is beautiful. Nice hiking trails that were definitely a challenge for a semi-accomplished hiker. There were lots of photo opportunities. I was leery of the pack in pack out of trash because many places I’ve been have trash receptacles throughout and still people throw their trash on the ground. I must say their way seems to work as I saw little trash along the trails or on the ground. Quite impressed with how little trash their was.The rustic campgrounds were nice. I seemed a little unlucky in the neighbor department but all in all they were nice. The vault toilets there were actually some of the nicer ones that I’ve used. The only downside to camping in the primitive campgrounds were the lack of showers. I did find the centennial shelter had a real bathroom so it was worth a stop in for hand washing. Also lightning bugs galore.

Came to hike here from Illinois and it didn’t disappoint. We hiked down a side trail to the water from the parking lot and walked barefoot through the water and the side of the water to the backside of the waterfall and then found a way to hike down to the waterfall itself. You can sit in front of the waterfall and get great photos. Some of the trails were closed due to a tornado last year but overall a great place to go hike and spend a few hours with Mother Nature!

Beautiful grounds, alot of trails for all levels of hikers. There are stables for horse back rides. Just alot to do to fill your entire time. Wolf Cave was narrow and impassable due to raining the previous day, but we still attempted, and had great time and lots of laughs. Great place!

It is a favorite local spot to relax and enjoy the sounds of flowing water. The trail up to the waterfall along the creek is absolutely beautiful from start to finish and adds a little extra fun and challenge to the hike.

My top three worst trail to complete. The creek view is fine and waterfall is there. But trails are almost all closed and tree falls everywhere. You will find best friends today are those flying bugs in front of your eyes and ears. The amount of apider webs are the next levels. Trails # 7/10/3/5 are not recommended.

Definitely one of my favorite places!!The trails are beautiful and the waterfall is breathtaking! You could spend an entire day here taking in beautiful scenery.Plenty of places to cook out or picnic.Restroom area in an easy location.

Nice trails, well maintained, wolf cave was really cool, and you're able to walk through the cave. Stayed in the cabins, they were clean and fairly comfortable!

It was very pretty especially the time of year we visited. The wolf cave was pretty neat to see and go through. The trails are not marked super well on some of the trails though and it’s not really rugged. It’s a very easy laid back state park but still very pretty and 15 minutes from cataract falls. So not a bad place to stay at all! But if your looking for exciting trails this is more of a milder park.

Fab Sunset cabin. We were a party of 7. Nothing like it in other St. Parks with rental cabins. McC has 2 cabins sleeping 8. Lots of rules and move in not until 4pm and ck out inspection at 10:30. Really need 3 nights for a 2 day experience. Our 3 boys loved it. Top of the line kitchen. FYI...No garbage disposal. Dishwasher after every meal ....no dish drainer and very little counter space.All that said, we would go back for 3 days!!!! Lovely experience w/o a TV!! Lots of board games available.

Very relaxing and easy trail. People can walk up to the very bottom of the fall in summer. The water depth is not too much. There are campgrounds nearby and nice weather round because of the tree shades. Great place to spend an evening if you are nature lover.

A beautiful park with fantastic trails and scenery. They've done a great job cleaning up after the tornado in the time they've had to do it. The inn is open and several trails open or partially open, though the campgrounds and many trails are still closed. Regardless, it was well worth the day trip and we will continue to return and support their efforts to rebuild.

We slid in here after the eclipse, as we were returning from a hike near Bloomington, and hit a couple of trails. Despite what sounded like a murder of crows plotting an ambush on trail 4, we managed to make it out safely.Was tempted to ask the gentleman at the gate for the key to the fire tower (probably locked due to the crowd for the aforementioned eclipse) but I did not, as my wife thought better of it for me. Also I don't care for rejection, which my request was sure to end in. But I digress.The staff were incredibly pleasant, but not in a "the boss is watching" kind of way. Just really polite, and helpful. Suffice it to say I highly recommend stopping in. Make a weekend of it.

It was our first time at the oldest Indiana State Park. More trails are open; however, there are some still closed due to tornado damage. I would recommend better marking for trail 3. The maps shows it's basically open; however, after you hit the creek there are no further markings of where the trail goes. We walked down the creek for awhile then finally turned around since we were not even sure if it was a part of the trail. We definitely weren't the only people who couldn't find the other half of trail 3, since we saw and heard a couple with maps out discussing it as well. At the top hill after coming down the steps there is a sign showing the closed trail 10; however, we could not find markings for the loop part of trail 3.

We visited the stables owned by Rich, and what an awesome experience. Only a few of us have ever rode. The trails, horses, and our trail lead Pearl we amazing! $25 a person for a 45 min trail ride! So see them!

I was a little disappointed because most of the trails were partially or totally closed due to the tornado in Mar, 2023!!!! We only spent some time in part of Trail 3 and then left…

This place is amazing! I learned so much like how this canyon was cut by a glacier and how a hard limestone layer on top of a softer sedimentary layer is what creates waterfalls. The geologic layers are so clearly visible at the falls and the park is so clean and well taken care of, so pretty, it reminds me a bit of the Smokey Mountains, and the Cade's Cove area I love and miss so much!! ❤️ Definitely worth visiting and I will definitely be back!

Beautiful state park and a beautiful historic inn. They are still cleaning up and clearing out some of the trails, after a devastating storm in 2023 went through the area, so some trails are still closed. But the ones that are open, are in great shape and make for a worthwhile trip to a stunning and picturesque state park, in our beautiful Indiana!

Had a great time staying at the Inn and thoroughly enjoyed the guided hike with Ranger Kyle to the fire tower.

Great park! We stayed at the group campsite and it was fabulous. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, campfire ring has picnic tables and could accommodate us all, the amphitheater was so fun!

I've hiked every trail in this park multiple times. This park is just so beautiful!

McCormick's Creek is a gorgeous park! There are many trails, so which lead to waterfalls and caves! They also have a nature center that is very informative about how the park came to be. There are a few live animals inside the nature center and a place to sit and relax while watching birds, squirrels etc. I highly recommend visiting this Indiana state park!FYI: The room we stayed in didn’t have a fridge.

Our Indiana state parks are gems. We unplugged for a few days and watch our city youth become creative explorers. Staff were very helpful. We stayed in the family cabins. We thought we would have a place to have a campfire next to the cabin but there was not one. Thankfully we used the campfire next to the Inn which was a plus since it was also by the basketball court.

They allow dangerous students that threaten non-white students with no repercussions. They have a history or this and it's only a matter of time before someone brings a weapon and the threats become real. Sad to know you can't attend a university to learn without the threat of death or harm from students. They simply ignore the warnings.

The Hospital care and staff are very good, quick, efficient, friendly...the pharmacy falls short EVERY time, months of delayed or unfilled prescriptions, not very friendly there either a complete fall off from the rest of the Hospital and staff, get your prescriptions anywhere else.

Wonderful university to attend. I love Indiana University. My only regret was not going there all 4 years in college (transferred there). This is easily one of the most, if not the most, beautiful campuses out there. Staff and students are all friendly and the Big Ten culture is great! GO IU! Go HOOSIERS!

Racism and bigotry have no place in any University. Hailey Toch, a student at UI, published an unfortunate TikTok bragging about discrimination against racial minorities and her American Muslim neighbor (a fellow student who was only trying to help her with kindness). In the video, she threatens the use of bear spray as a weapon against this kind soul. She said that if she knew he was Palestinian, she would have kicked him out of her apartment and never even opened the door to him (even though they live side-by-side like neighbors in the same dorm). My impression of your student body has lowered.

Such an amazing school with a relatively large beautiful campus! Indiana university and especially Kelly school of business is ranked number 1 in the entrepreneurial field of studies. Indiana offers hundreds of academic programs across multiple campuses and online.

Today was the first time I had been in Assembly Hall since the renovation. WOW, good job IU. Today the Womens Basketball team played Michigan State and it was nice and loud. I personally can't wait to attend another in the Hall. Good job Hoosiers

Beautiful campus with amazing architecture. The football stadium is huge but has great views from any seat in the house. Would recommend coming to the campus even if it's just to take a walk. Lots of activities to go to and interesting places to see.

Fantastic venue with excellent staff! They only lost a star because it was so hot in the auditorium and communication wasn't adequate when an actor had to be replaced. No one quite knew what was happening and they brought the lights full up so audience members left for intermission when it was supposed to be a quick turn over. Just a bit confusing, which is understandable. They really needed to adjust the temperature though considering the house was full.

Impressive business program for undergraduate with relatively satisfactory acceptance difficulty to major demostic and international applicants. Campus is also outstanding.

The lack of condemnation for the racist behavior of Hailey Toch (related to Grant Toch of the Educational Board in Great Neck) tells you all you need to know about this school.Hailey threatened to pepper spray her neighbor over his ethnicity and IU has done nothing to condemn her actions.

It's my alma mater, so I'm biased. However, I must say that campus is gorgeous and very student-friendly. There are areas to rest and relax. Wonderful wooded areas and picturesque locations along Jordan Creek to chill and hang. Buildings are very beautiful, and full of history. A wonderful place to go to school.

I was considering going to this school once I got my associates degree at Ivy Tech but Hailey Toch has made me reconsider. The fact you've done NOTHING to correct your aggressive racist student is very telling about you truly feel about racism. I hope none of my relatives who are people of color choose your school in the coming the future because I'd fear for their safety. I'll be sure to warn them and everyone away from your school out of concern for their safety. Both you and Hailey Toch are a disgrace to Indiana and America.

What a wonderful experience! We spent almost 6 hours on the premise, tasting everything they had to offer, walking the grounds and enjoying a perfect day.The wine tasting session was informative and tasty, with a large selection of wines to taste.My husband and I also opted to take the picnic basket that was rich and delicious, along with 2 flights of wine and a bottle of white - very much recommended!The staff was knowledgeable and oh so welcoming - we will definitely come back!

Oliver Winery is a wonderful place to visit! We had a seated wine tasting and our host was funny, personable, knowledgeable, and fun! I think his name is Chris and he made our time extra special and fun. The whole staff was fantastic! I hope to go back and get a tour. It’s a beautiful place and we had fun taking pictures and shopping around. We all left with some wine and goodies!

Excellent wine but we actually would have paid more than what we would have paid for their wine in our grocery store. I wasn't overly impressed with the service. However this place is beautiful. Well put together and their presentation is excellent. The grounds are also amazing

Wonderful winery. My favorite winery I’ve been to by a long way! Great for a date. Snack food are good. I’m not a wine person so I stick to the fruity sweet stuff. They do it well. The patio is great to hang out on.

I have been here years ago but decided on a random Wednesday to check Oliver out again. It was a beautiful day. Staff greeted us genuinely and were very informative with all of our questions.We expiernced a tasting and ended up with 6 bottles ( cough cough guilty pleasure) . The grounds were as beautiful as I remember them. We were told that they had 2 full-time gardners and limited part-time staff to maintain all of the greenery. Very impressive .Suggestions- Definitely join their wine club its free. Perks of free tasting from time to time. Very group friendly. Also, you can bring in picnics. Only alcohol has to be purchased from Oliver. So, there is no outside alcohol on the premises. It's completely understandable.They are also animal friendly on outside grounds, only of course. There are plenty of paths in shade around a nice pond.Take advantage of this hidden gem and enjoy their chillers. We were very impressed 🥰

Always enjoyed Oliver wine, so when I got the opportunity to tour, I didn't want to pass it up. We toured the facility and learned how they make the wine. Our tour guide Erin was extremely knowledgeable about the process and history of the winery. The tasting experience was amazing. Our quide for that, Will, was very knowledgeable when it came to all the different wines we were able to taste. If you are ever in the area, I recommend checking this place out.

And never gives me a headache….Anyways about the winery….Did the Halloween Candy and Wine Pairing.Weather was wonderful, plus we had a great view of the pond area.The host was informative and fun. I had gone in thinking it was a “go at your leisure” type thing but it was more formal than that but still very casual.The pairings were good. I can’t wait to attend another event here.

This is such a beautiful winery! It was nice to roam the property and enjoy nature. The service was amazing. We booked a private tasting with snack boards. We loved learning about the wines and the history of the winery. The labels with songbirds are beautiful. My favorite wine was the lemon! 🍋 🍷

Guided tasting experience was excellent! Staff is friendly and approachable, wine and tasting plates were home runs, grounds were quite nice as well.Verdict - would go back and recommend to friends!

As a short/mid term rental business owner, I offer my guests that stay 4 days or more a bottle of OLIVER wine and some Ghirardelli or Ferrero chocolates. So I thought we’d take a trip to Bloomington to visit the winery and see if we could work out a partnership and also enjoy a tasting! Beautiful placeExcellent staff. Fantastic!! Their wine is amazing, and the space is beautiful and well thought out. Will was a great, fun, easy-going wine tasting tour guide. If we lived in town, definitely would've signed up for the wine club benefits!

The grounds were very nice and they had a good setup. It was missing a few things, though. Namely, decent non-alcoholic options. They have a really small area with random cans of pop/soda and some packaged meats and crackers but nothing of any significance. I think they would do better to have some kind of actual food on hand. Even if it meant tapping into local providers to have a food truck or fill a case with cookies or fudge....something. Out of three people we had one drinker. The other two generally sat with nothing. I think you can bring your own food and eat on the grounds but we're not going to do this after driving two and a half hours on a fifty degree day. Also, it was disappointing to discover that we couldn't buy souvenir wine glasses. The staff explained the issue and apologized but it still sucked. Finally, Oliver was one of the first wines that wife drank. As such she was excited to finally make it out to Bloomington. Unfortunately, her taste in wine has developed since those early days. The offerings from Oliver don't seem quite as good anymore. Still, it's something to check out if you like wine but there is room for improvement.

Visited Oliver to do a wine and chocolate tasting. The overall experience was fabulous and tasty. We ended up staying after and had a glass of wine and some snacks on the patio. It was a beautiful day with wonderful friends, delicious wine, and beautiful scenery.

What a cool place. We typically do not drink wine but after we planned a tour and picnic for our anniversary, we will be forever Oliver winers🤣 The tour was really neat and we loved every wine we tried, so smooth. Large variety of sweet wines as well. The grounds are fantastic and beautifully landscaped. Great place to spend a peaceful day enjoying one another.

Went here this past weekend with my family. It's very beautiful and has a nice little lake and picnic area, which mind you is on a hill, but lots of trees for shade. We had the wine tour scheduled, but in retrospect, it would have been easier/more enjoyable to do without my toddler since he is at that independent age and had a lot of energy to get out. It's nice that they like to be family friendly and allow children on the tour and to the winery, but I would only advise touring with small babies who would be quiet and immobile or children who are old enough to be patient enough to get through the tour. The wine tasting part at the end was nice, which is in a little building where my toddler was able to sit at a table and be entertained. He did enjoy the lake area. We enjoyed the selection of wine and their cool shop. The people were all friendly and understanding of us having our toddler with us. Wouldn't mind going back one day - but probably without him or until he was older!

I visited here for a weekend girls trip for my birthday. We did the wine tasting and enjoyed taking pictures on the property (IT IS BEAUTIFUL if you enjoy nature). We were warmly welcomed at check-in, despite being a few mins (< 5) tardy. When we were seated at our tasting, Kathleen -the instructor- seemed a bit annoyed and rigid. One of our guests needed a dairy-free food plate, but we were told all of our party got the same plate to accommodate the reported food allergy. Kathy was assisting and was truly an angel. She adjusted the other food plates to the original ones and was very accommodating and personable, as her Berry-Cherry recommendation was FANTASTIC!!!. The wine was delightful and I was happy to shop some of the Oliver specific wines to enjoy back home. The young lady who checked my group out was outstanding as well, as a person in our group was experiencing sciatica and she carried our wine to our car. I would definitely do another visit here, but would hope that everyone's attitude, demeanor, and tone when addressing customers was warm and inviting, as you never know what people are encountering. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommend to my fellow wine drinkers!!

We had a great experience at this winery. They offer many tastings depending on what type of wine you prefer. Since my wife prefers the sweeter wines, we chose the preselected list and it was delightful. They have an excellent outdoor area with plenty of seating. No issues to note and we shall return if we're in the area. I believe you can also bring your own food, which is nice.

WOW! My husband and I visited Oliver Winery for the first time on our one year anniversary. We didn’t have many expectations but we were so impressed. This place runs like a well tuned machine. All the staff were so friendly and helpful in our wine selections. There is a huge patio both covered and uncovered that you can sit at for wine tasting. It’s surrounded by beautiful kept up gardens. The atmosphere is so refreshing. I’ll echo what other reviewers say in that if you like sweeter wine, this place is great. No, it doesn’t tatse just like juice, it’s definitely still alcoholic but it goes down SO smooth and easy. Plus, I didn’t feel judged and overly pressured to try drier wines or things I might not like. Their sweet reds and more fruity flavors were truly the best I’ve ever had. My husband would agree too! They offer discounts on cases of wine when you buy at least 6. There’s also a wheelchair accessible access where you can still see and walk around some of the gardens! I already can’t wait to come back.
